He listened to my rerouting plans and offered a much more logical solution. I was very happy with the work done. He brought his wife to assist on the second day. Honest and very nice people.

I left a message for him to call back. He called back within 2 hours and scheduled our job. Dick and his partner (wife) arrived on time and went to work. He charges a flat $75 per hour with no minimum or service charges. Very professional service, reasonable price and years of experience set him apart from most other plumbers. They carry everything you might need in their van. We were very pleased with his work and would hire him again if needed . We highly recommend Dick's plumbing to anyone in need of minor repairs or major plumbing projects.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday July 29 at 9:00 a.m. After I got off work I ran errands to pick up the toilet, garbage disposal and faucet. I had a message left around 5:00 p.m. and didn't listen to the voicemail until around 8:45 p.m. Dick said he had to cancel the Friday appointment because he forgot it was he and his wife's anniversary and he would be going out of town. I called him back and told him that I already have a vacation day set up to be here Friday when he is here. He did apologize. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. He said he could do it Monday. He said he could come over tonight, Thursday night. I agreed to do it Monday, I had to set up another vacation day by going into work and we re-scheduled the appointment for Monday at 9:00 a.m. Friday night I get a call around 9:00 p.m. and he said he is now back in town but said he could come tomorrow, Saturday. I had mentioned to him on our Thursday night call that I would be out of town over the weekend. He said he would be at my house at 9:00 a.m. on Monday August 1. I got up this morning to do a lot of prep work, to ensure everything is good to go for his arrival. It took me about 2.5 to 3 hours to do all the prep work. I was ready for him at 9:00 a.m., he doesn't show up. I call him at 9:30 a.m., he said he is at a meeting, he said he would be here at 10:00 a.m. and then I stated we had an appointment at 9:00 a.m., and he said he didn't think 10:00 a.m. would be a big deal. I hung up the phone and called a girlfriend and she recommended me a plumber. This plumbing company didn't have any openings but they made an effort to work me in today at 1:00 p.m. I called Dick back and told him that I would not be needing his services. He lost the job because of his lack of professionalism. He continued to make excuses. He is inconsiderate and out of a blink of an eye he has a meeting. His punctuality is a zero, he is responsive with excuses. I would not recommend him to anyone. He did not perform any work for me, so I cannot grade his quality of work but I have added so much stress in my life that is not necessary. There are limimted results in terms of plumbers in my area so I contacted my girlfriend and was recommended a plumber here in Jackson, MI.

We've used him twice. He is always very reasonable with his price. He just charged us for the parts because it didn't take him long to do it because he knew what was wrong right away. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. He doesn't do the standard $75 call. He bases it on what his actual time is and we appreciate that about him. He responds the same day we call and he tries to accommodate us on the same day and if not, the next day. His helper is always his wife. It is a very family oriented business, which is nice. He is very neat and clean. He comes with the pipes and everything. He always cleans up after himself and he brings his own supplies. He has everything with him to take care of the job.
