They were extremely professional and did their job. They didn't leave a mess. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it at.

Contacted the company, was able to have the owner evaluate the job that needed to be done that day. We had such a large amount of standing and fallen dead trees that Duane said we needed to figure hourly, versus by tree. We told him our max, he told us it would be about 2 weeks before they could start. Started about 2 weeks after initial contact, crew of 3-4 for 3 days. Weather somewhat cooperated and most of the desired work was completed. Just ran out of time and money. We should have been more clear about what we wanted done first, as we has a few fallen or broken trees that did not get done, but other work did get done and we are very pleased with the crew, the work, the cleanup. Overall an A rating. The only thing we wish they had done is get the large chunks of tree off the lawn and up by the street. The pieces are too large for my husband and I to handle, so we will have to find someone to take them, move them or get them to the dump. Almost all other wood was chipped; we had it left on our property to use later. Price was very than fair.

I phoned the company around July 2011, and told them that we wanted a small tree at our lake cottage trimmed. They said that they would send someone out to get an estimate. Six weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the company, so I called them back. The person I talked to (he sounded like he could be an owner) said he had looked at the tree and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He said it would be best to trim it in the Fall because of the heat. We'll we were well into Fall and again I hadn't heard from the company . So, I called again (I think you can see how this is going) and talked to the same person. He said he would get someone out there as soon as they got their other jobs done. We it is now officially Winter and the tree has not been trimmed. The bottom line is don't contact this company if you have a small job. They can't be bothered and that is why I am giving them an F rating. From our flower shop in Saline I got the name of a very good outdoor handyman that knows how to trim trees. So, good people are out there.
