Dan's Roofing

Dan's Roofing did an excellent job! They removed our old shingles, replaced with new Landmark Pro and cleaned everything up beautifully!! They did all this in one day!! We were very impressed with their work and would absolutely recommend them to all our family and friends.

Had a New roof installed in 2018, in 2019 I noticed a spot on my living room ceiling. Called them back out, and they caulked around the chimney said that would take care of the problem. It didn’t! Had them out two more times, still didn’t fix the problem. Communication was terrible, they were hard to get ahold of! Damage to my ceiling and wall kept getting worse. They said it was the brick on my chimney, called someone to inspect my chimney and was told it was not my chimney. Finally called another roofing company to look at it, and they said the flashing around the chimney was not done correctly. They removed the flashing around the chimney and replaced it correctly at a cost of $1,000. Never had a problem with leaking until Dan’s Roofing did our roof! They don’t stand behind their warranty!

Other than a ripped screen on a window and scratched siding from tossing shingles off, the shingles went up ok. After about two years I had a couple shingles blowing up in a strong wind(about 40 mph). I called twice within 2 weeks, they did not call back. I had to get somebody else to seal them back down. I have read a lot of reviews on this company lately and they always seem to have trouble with their phones.

They did an excellent job - showed up early with many workers - got the job done in two days - and we have a big roof.

The crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. and did not leave until after 8:30 p.m. They finished both roofs in one day instead of it being a three-day project. My husband and I were impressed with their professionalism; and, they valued our property. They did an excellent job cleaning all the old roof tiles and garbage so that you couldn't tell that they were even at our home. Their price quote was lower than other quotes. I would recommend Dan's Roofing to others.

Joe and a crew of seven other workers arrived at about 7 am on Tuesday morning as scheduled. They worked without a break and were finished by 11:30 am that same morning. I am very happy with the job they did including a thorough clean up the area around the barn. All were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am having them quote on doing the roof of my house next.

After contacting Dan's Roofing, Joe came to my home and inspected the roof. He explained in detail how the work would be done and that it would be completed in a day. Their estimate for completing the job came in with the best price and significantly less than one of the other two estimates I received from other roofing contractors. Once I signed the contract, the crew was scheduled to arriveon a specific day within 10 days and it was completed on the day scheduled. Joe led the crew, who were very professional and efficient. Cleanup around the house after completion was outstanding. Overall, the price was good,the quality was great, and I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing a roof.

The shingles on our house were a disaster. Dan Jr. gave us a very reasonable quote and described all the work that would need to be performed. Most companies were quoting 3 days to complete the job but Dan Jr. promised 1 day. They scheduled me in immediately and had a crew of 10 on site, on time and ready to go. The new roof looks incredible and no debris was left behind. They were all very professional and conscientious. Excellent Job!

I was impressed with the initial consultation/estimate. I felt that I was given accurate, honest information, and the best price possible. My questions were answered promptly and honestly. I did not feel pressured at an time to have any work done that I didn't feel was necessary. The and quot;one day serviceand quot; model was wonderful. The whole crew worked together to get the job done in a timely, yet professional manner. When the crew left, the evidence left to show that they had been there was a beautiful new roof. Whatever needed to be moved during the install (garden ornaments, patio furniture, etc.) was placed back exactly as it had been found. The whole crew helped with the clean up process. Dan's Roofing takes their job seriously.

They really know what they are doing. They started at 7 am and were done by 3:30 pm. Even some new boards underneath. There was 1 woman on the crew that was the best roofer I've ever seen, what a roofer.

They did all of the work in one day and did a great job cleaning up.
