+ -1 moreThis year I get a bill for well over $600 for the Spring re-installation. No one called me to explain why the charge was going to be around three times the usual charge. I called them and was given no explanation other than they decided everything was to be replaced with new items. I use my lakehouse about three to four weeks in the entire year! I was told I would be called with an explanation. No one has called. I think this group assumes they have a relative monopoly and can ignore customer service. I will no longer use them and I have heard similar complaints from my neighbors.
Description of Work: I had them install a filtration system at our lakehouse years ago. Every year they take it and store it for the winter, re-installing in the spring
