I met with CJ in February to discuss a landscaping design for our new construction home. He came directly to our house. It took about an hour. I gave him a few basics of the kind of plants I wanted. He measured everything and chose most of the actual types of plants himself. We then met again around a month later to go over the design plan and get an estimate of the costs. He also provided a picture on his Ipad of what part of the area would look like after installation of the plants. The design plan was very professional looking and was generated using a computer design software. We then corresponded via email a few more times to finalize the plan and estimate. We had to pay 50% down upon signing of the contract. Since we were purchasing the plants and having them install, we were not charged a separate fee for the landscaping design. Installation took two days and was done by CJ and another worker. The installation went fairly smoothly and took two full days to complete. They had to move a couple sprinkler heads. There were a few minor complications with the cable line and gutter issues that they had to address. The final bill did not change from the initial estimate. We choose to install rocks ourselves versus mulch and are still working on finishing the landscaping up. The landscaping is beautiful and we have received many complements already even before all the rocks have been put on top of the landscaping fabric and around the plants. Overall we have been very pleased with the level of service we have received and plan to use Caps as we continue working on the landscaping in other areas of our yard.
