+ -1 moreEven though we reside just outside Bo's service area and despite a very busy schedule, Bo made a special trip out to our house first thing the morning after I contacted him. He was very punctual, friendly, and professional. Thanks to some special tools that he had and a little persistence, he had the lock cleaned out and functional again in 10 minutes. No damage to the lock or garage door and our total bill came in under his estimate. He's extremely knowledgeable. He took a few minutes to discuss options for rekeying the garage door if we should encounter any further problems with the lock. Five star service and I happily recommend his service.
Description of Work: We had a problem with our garage lock. Thanks to a curious daughter, we had wood debris jammed into the back of the garage door lock, making it impossible to completely insert a key and open the door. Consequently, short of breaking a window, we had no access to the garage.
