Description of Work: Contractor did an excellent job, and in a timely manner. Had a couple of problems after the job was done by they came right out and fixed them. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We needed to have 2 layers of shingles removed and replaced. They were able to finish the job in 2 days, and did a thorough job of clean up each day. Also had to have a shed roof replaced, which they were able to do in 1 day. Were very pleased with the job they did, and have recommended them to a couple of other people interested in having a roof job done.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on repairing a roof leak. I asked for the sales rep to come during certain times when I was home so I can speak with him/her. I found the person came at a different time when an estimate was left in my email. I won't deal with a company that can't meet the homeowner face to face as insisted. How can they know what I want?

Description of Work: Billy White Roofing did a great job on my pole barn. They bid the job and answered my questions quickly.The new roof was installed with our issues and I could hardly tell that they had been to my house to do the job.They cleaned up extremely well and I would highly recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: I did not use them as I did have a proposal for the same work and a bit less money. Bank and I both happy there. However, I was extremely impressed by how quickly someone from Billy White contacted me and arranged for a measure and price quote. Instantly which wasn't true of all bids. I was also steered away from a material choice that wouldn't have been the best long term choice for my own circumstances. Disappointing but I appreciated the honesty. An emailed proposal was here the next day. Professionalism all the way around. No, I didn't end up using them but would call them again for any of the other services they provide.

Description of Work: They were punctual with sending out someone to inspect the damage to they roof. He promised to have a price by the next afternoon. I gave him 3 days and then called. I received the run around and was promised an answer the next day. He never called. I called again and was promised a visit by another person for the following Monday. No one showed so I gave up.

Description of Work: They put a roof on a condo building while we had the worse weather in years. They were up in freezing, gusty, snowy horrible weather and worked up there for days. They also fixed skylights and trim. They have a very good warranty so we don't have to worry. They came right on time to give estimates and were willing to take the time if needed to meet the board. They covered a large building with 12 condo's in it. They were very friendly, professional and explained the whole process. They also told us where we could save money by saving some of our insulation which we had figured we would have had to complete replace. Good to know there are people out there who are honest.

Description of Work: Everything was going great. We loved the price and professionalism until we visited their showroom and asked for a revised quote. I emailed them one time after that and got an immediate response saying he had not heard from his gutter guy yet. That was the last I heard from them so I went back to Angie's List and chose another roofer who I just signed the contract with.

Description of Work: This work was done at my mother's house. The only issue we had was they worked until 10:30 pm which was way to late. It was dark when the tarp went on. My mom was so scared they would get hurt up on the roof after dark with no other lights than door light and street light.
