+ 1 moreZero stars. Wouldn’t hire or recommend. Have had issues with items that Baker or subcontractors worked on. 5 months after work was completed, started having issues with their work. One year warranty is a joke. Have had to hire other companies to come in and fix their mistakes. Owner is great at making you feel like you will be taken care of while they work on your home. It’s not the same after work is done.

+ -1 moreThey did not call back, I had to leave several messages. Salesman finally came out. we discussed the project. Never sent the quote, after 3 weeks and several calls back quoted me $26,000. I contacted him saying he was over $9000 higher than the highest quote I had received. He said that he accidentally put a 2 instead of a 1, it was to be $16,000. I told him Ok. Lets do it. That was 4 weeks ago and 2 more calls into the company, I have yet to receive anything. This is horrible customer service. Obviously this was a project they did not want. Man up Baker builders. The truth doesn't hurt that bad.
Description of Work: Needed a small construction job done. Turning a 3 season room into a 4 season room.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the work done. It was done professionally and quickly. We had good communication throughout the process.
Description of Work: We had work done on our bathroom. They put in new flooring and trim. Also did trim work in the living and dining room. They matched the trim colors perfectly with what was already there and cleaned up any messes made. We have been very happy with the workmanship and with the communication we had with all involved.
