They made return phone calls and emailed me all the information that I requested and they showed up on time. They were fast and courteous and did excellent work. The pricing was fair and competitive. They are wonderful.

Description of Work: From the minute you call the ofice and you set up an appointment to the technician comes out and performs the service, they are polite and professional. We have been with Air Flo for over 30 years and would not use anyone else. Air Flo keep up the great work and service.

 + -1 moreI highly recommend Aire-Flo. Last year, I used their services for heating maintenance. They were fair and professional, and did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. This year, my furnace died. They told me how much it would cost to repair, without trying to sell me anything additional. Because of the cost of the repair, the age of the furnace, and the expensive brand of the existing furnace, I chose to have them install a new furnace. The installation went smoothly, the workers were professional, and they used drop cloths to protect my carpeting.
Description of Work: Last year, I used their services for heating maintenance. This year, they installed a new furnace.

They were outstanding - they provided service that everyone should but when it actually happens you are blown away. They were clean and professional, the man who did the work explained everything and was very personable.

 + -1 moreIt is exactly the type of preying on seniors that gives household services companies a bad reputation.
Description of Work: My mother recieved a call offering a "$65.00 furnace cleaning and inspection". Upon arrival, the technician replaced the standard $3.00 hardware store variety furnace filter, which she OKed. He then presented her a bill for $140.00. When she complained about the upcharge, he said that she had a carbon monoxide leak and would need a new heat exchanger, but that the $140.00 would be credited against it. So in the hour she has been acquainted with their business they have already charged her more than double and made a very troubling discovery (to scare her?). It is an aweful thing to leave a customer in the situation to either disregard a serious safety issue or trust a company that has already lied to them.
