I am very happy with the knowledge, skill, and efficiency of the UP Tree Services crew. Very thankful to have found them. There is a general sense of good humor among the crew as they dig into the work in front of them. Tom is also a general contractor, and they are going to do a variety of projects for me over the next year.

I needed service immediately, I couldn't get in driveway, and had fireplace being delivered. They came and plowed before delivery arrived. I'm very happy with service!

Although the job bid out to a price higher than I could afford, he was willing to work with me so that we could minimize the work that needed to be done. We worked out strategic areas of my roof that would be most important to relieve the snow weight and at a price I could afford. It worked out very nicely. I very much appreciated the extra effort in trying to accommodate me.

He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and I accepted it and he set me up right away. The snow was removed within a day and they needed to come back to get rid of all the built up ice. Everything was done in just a couple days. Very satisfied with the work and will call them back when I need additional work done.

Up Tree Service did a fabulous job of clearing very deep heavy snow from my 80 foot ranch style roof and were very efficient at cleaning up a lot of what they took down. Time wise they came in under the original estimate and the owner and his helpers were great to work with! A very pleasant experience!!

They worked the weekend and even on Labor Day to get the job done. Well done.

I was quoted $125 per hour, and usually takes approximately two hours. I was fine with that. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to complete my roof snow removal. They did a good job. But the bill came to $305. When I questioned them, I was told *oh we charge travel from our last place, and we charge more for four men than three. Oh do not worry, the last customer complained too!* If I had known this ahead of time, I would not have hired them. I am very disappointed with the way they handled the billing and no previous notice. I will never use them again, plus I have told a lot of friends about this also, so they will also pass the word about you!
