Pump would not shut off, called 8 a.m. was there by 10 a.m. at our cabin.

Service man (and member of owner family) evaluated our wellpump for cause of low water pressure. Made some adjustments and advised us that a sensor may need to be replaced in the future. The adjustment worked. Very professional, prompt, and honest. We will definitely give them our business if future repairs are needed.

on approximately 12/3/12 our well pump stopped working so we called our neighbor to ask if they knew of anyone they said peterson's installed the well almost 30 years ago so we decided to call them. They came out fast so that was good, but without any real investigation they said our well pump motor was shot. Now I know nothing of well pumps and they were the professorial so I took there word for it. I am disabled so my family is on a fixed income when they said new motor I got worried I asked the man how much he said 600 to 800 witch would be difficult be we could handle. So they took off the whole pump and away they went. A couple hours later my wife called so see what was going on and the lady there said our pump was too old to get parts for and was obsolete so we needed a new one with labor it would be 1300 bucks! We explained our situation and that there was no way we could come up with that much. I am disabled we have 4 kids and my mother who is 75 and needed water. We asked if we could look on line for one and have them install it so the lady gave us the information and rudely said "good luck finding one". So my wife searched and found one for 800 ,400 dollars less than they were going sell it to us for it was hard but we had enough for it and placed our order. This was about 5 days into no water with 7 people. When my wife called to tell them that we found one for 800 and that it would be here in about 3 days and would like them to come install it they lady got MAD! and said they would not install the pump!!! My wife explained that we expected to pay labor and the 75 dollar service charge and she knew we were going to look online but the lady said that's how they make their living and we needed to pick up our pump then she hung up on my wife! So we went to get our pump when we get there they man pretty much throws the 100 lbs pump in my arms. my wife says we would like to pay the 75 dollar service fee they said rudely merry Christmas don't worry about it . that was nice I guess? So here's the kicker a friend gave us a number to a couple of well drillers we called and they said everyone takes there pumps to d&e in reed city so we took our pump there he said they had parts and he could fix it! A couple hours later he called and said it was fixed and it would be a 100 dollars!! we canceled the online order before they charged the card and our neighbor helped insatll the pump on 12/13/1012 we got water back!!! Peterson's didn't even try to fix our pump they just wanted to make the 400 on a new one and had no concern about our situation the lady was unbelievably rude and unprofessional avoid this company at all cost.

They are here to help with any problems as well. They are prompt, responsive, professional, neat, and do not leave a mess. Most recently they replaced the bladder for my well. Their pricing is fair. If they make a mistake or do not like what they did, they will correct it.
