Did a good job BUT we did not know of the 125$ up front call-in fee, was the service not with our past plumbing service: Jim Leach? We have never had to pay that much without notice before service. Paid it but would like to know who was doing the work if Jim Leach was not available.

All employees were very professional. They did a good job installing the hot dawg heater in my garage. Now I can keep my garage at 40 degrees during the winter months and if I want to work out in the garage, I can bump the heat up. Thanks again.

They treated me and my issue very promptly and effectively. It did take two trips but in the end my furnace was working keeping me warm. When I need to replace my furnace I will be calling these folks. They were very forthright.

Mark was very quick to get my furnace fixed. I called at 8:30 am and by 9:00 am, I had a call from the technician, and by 11:00 am, the furnace was fixed. Thank you for the assistance. I truly appreciated how quickly the company was able to take care of the issue.
