Description of Work: I went to Roccini Ace hardware and requested a power lawnmower belt that was verified via the internet and book that came with the riding lawnmower. I purchased the rider many years ago (approx 6 years ago) from the same dealer. The service person told me that I was wrong and it should fit . I returned a second time with the same problem about 2:00 and told the man that this was not the right belt and again, was told that "this is what is in our computer and that I was wrong. He was terribly rude and I held my self back from going full blast on him. When I got home I called and spoke to the manager who told me that "their service people are very knowledgable and I was probably looking at the wrong diagram. Once again, I drove the 15 miles and went in with the old belt and the service manual. I was finally able to prove him wrong and the one thing I told him was that his attitude would lose customers and he basically told me that I could shop somewhere else.
