Very professional from start to finish. Quality workers = Quality Workmanship. Crew was neat, cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Bob called and scheduled work on a nightly basis to conform with our schedule. Bathroom turned out beautiful. Bob's is on the short list for the next project. Highly recommend.

He will talk down to you and job took way too long. Quality was not there. Would not use again

It went GREAT! I called, got an answering machine (no problem), left a message and had a return call in under 1/2 hour. I talked to him about a few minor things I needed fixed and he said he'd be right over to look at everything and give me an estimate. His estimate was totally fair, and said he was a little busy, but could get to me not the following week, but the week after. I think this was on a Friday - because on Monday, he called and said he had a break and could send some guys over this afternoon!!! Wow, a week early! All the electrical work was pretty straight forward and easily done, they took the time to bring over grout samples to match the existing grout and showed me how the pvc was not properly installed and how it needed to be fixed. I thought it looked odd and where it was leaking, was just a small section of pvc that wasn't secured at the joint! So, they made that right, no more leaking! The guys were cordial, professional and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We weren't really sure if we wanted the service garage removed, and they were willing to first drop the cabinet so we could see it (it had been lifted before so that new countertop could be laid), and then we decided to have it removed. They were more than happy to work with our indecision on the subject. They were constantly keeping their area clean, and went outside to remove the cabinetry.

We had an awning in the front of our house and we didn't know what to do with it and we had left it out over the winter. In spring, it had about 3 feet of inch on ice stuck to it and that ripped the wood in the front of the house when it fell. Bob was able to come the same day. I don't remember if he fixed it the same day. But at least he covered it for me and fixed it immediately. Bob and another guy came out and did it. They also painted it and it was great. Then the second time I had him come was when I had water come into the basement and I didn't know where it was coming from. He came and he was probably here for a good two hours. He helped me shove back the water out of the basement, carrying it up and out for me and dumped it. Then he brought it back down, sucked up, and then he helped me dig a path through the ice that was on the side of our house to try and divert water away from the house. He went to Home Depot and bought a pump for me. He brought it back and figured out a way to pump a bucket in the area where the water was outside to start pumping the water away from the house. Apparently, not things I would expect a general contractor to come and help me out with. The overall experience was great.
