Mid Michigan Animal Control

Called scott on a Thursday to remove critters from house (squirrels). Scheduled a time to come on Tuesday between 9-9:30. I canceled appointment and work, staying home so I could be present. He never showed. I called at least 5 times throughout the week, as did my husband. Finally, almost a week later, he sent me a note of apology saying he had been in an accident. This seems, however, to be a line he has used previously. Honesty and respect are important keys to a business. Though I'm not here to judge, I don't believe this is how customers (and people) should be treated.

It took several visits, but mid Michigan was successful in removing the raccoons and repairing the damage they caused.

When I first spoke with Scott he was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy what he did. He took the time to explain to me exactly how he was going to set the traps and why he was going to do it this way. This was on a Thursday and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the following morning. He never showed up. I called him twice and left messages hoping there was just a miscommunication but never received a call back from him.

Unfortunately we weren't able to catch the skunk but Scott did everything he could to catch it. We had a trap set for about two weeks. After two weeks Scott felt the skunks had moved on. He filled the hole they had been using and blocked it off so they couldn't get back in. Two weeks have gone by and we have had no sign or smell of skunk. Scott also pointed out other areas of our home that may be good entry points for critters and examined them just to make sure there was no evidence of critters. Overall he was great. We had another company before hiring him and Mid Michigan Animal Control blew the other company out of the water. From how he set the traps to blocking the area to stop the problem from happening. He explained everything, answered all of our questions, and really put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend and would use them again in the future if needed

They answered all of our questions and left us feeling like we were in good hands. We are very satisfied I would not hesitate to call them again

I have worked with Scott (owner) for just under a year now at various properties trapping mainly moles and groundhogs/gophers. He is hands down the best all-around animal trapper I have worked with. He always goes above and beyond for the customer and is passionate/takes great pride in his work. He responds quickly and I have the upmost trust in his integrity and quality of workmanship. Scott is an asset to us! Thank you for all your hard work.
