Description of Work: they were supposed to cut trees grind stumps bring in topsoil and seed my lawn. Mark Wareham left my lawn destroyed, I still have stumps in my yard,and he took the money and ran. My neighbors have all had similar run-ins with happy Harry's maintenance.

+ -1 moreMark promised, via a contract, to have the work done by Sept. 15 so there would be enough time left in the season to start a new lawn. It still is not done as of Sept 24. He always promises to be here to do the work then does not show up. When he does come he works for an hour or two and then is gone. There was one day that he put in about 6 hours. This has been going on since August 25, when we foolishly gave him a 50% down payment on the job. He always has some excuse, such as his truck breaks down. I have heard that one three times. When he took down one of our trees it landed on a section of our brand new fence, which he said he was going to fix but it has been over a week and the fence is still not fixed. Mark is a very likable guy, but he is not reliable at all. I think he has taken on more than he can handle, which is not fair to us. I can't rate the quality of his work yet, because he has not finished the job.
Description of Work: Mark has been doing some excavation work at our house as part of a garage project.. He also removed some trees in our back yard and is supposed to be leveling out our yard, installing an irrigation system, planting grass and building a retaining wall.

Description of Work: I hired Happy Harry's to remove my old deck and build a new one in its place.
