Excellent workmanship, the workers were neat & respectful of the property.

Bert was fantastic to work with, particularly remotely. He was good at communicating what was going with our project including sending pictures of the finished work. There were a couple quality issues with the paint in certain places, and we had a miscommunication on the color of two rooms. However, given that it was all done remotely, and Bert made it right after we discussed it, I'd happily recommend you talk to Bert for a quote. His rates are very fair and he charged us by the hour. Given the crazy winter weather this year and the fact that this is a vacation home, he proved his value once again when he brought a snow-blower in his truck and was able to make a path though the 8" of freshly fallen snow to our house in order to finish the job on time.

Bert returned my phone call within 1/2 hour of calling him for a bid. Scheduled an appointment to give me a bid and showed up when he said he would. Was very impressed with the price. Let me purchase my own paint so I knew I was getting a fair price. Got me on his schedule within 2 weeks. Showed up exactly when he said. Was only supposed to paint the walls but the trim bothered him because it had yellowed and some nails had popped. He offered to bring some paint he had and do the trim also. Not only did he paint the trim but also caulked where there were nail holes or gaps between wall and trim. Saved me a great amount of time since I had planned on painting the trim myself. Charged me no extra for this service. Very friendly, trust-worthy and timely. Got the job done in less than two days and I have no complaints. Would highly recommend him!!

Excellent work. Excellent worker! Bert was on time (often a little bit early, which was fine!). He (and his help, when needed) were clean, courteous, and listened to any concerns I had. Bert would be more then willing to offer advice, and if I had any questions, he answered them if he knew the answers. Any garbage they created they took care of, and extra paint was left for me in case I needed it. All in all, Bert was a very nice person to work with, easy to talk to. All in all, the job took about 3 and 1/2 days, which was what the estimate was. I hope to have him back in the future for some more projects (he does more then painting!).

Bert was, by far, one of the best contractors I have worked with to date. He was punctual and ready to work immediately upon arrival. He was personable and very professional. He was a tad chatty but never had anything to say that wasn't truely worth listening to. I highly recommend Bert's Decor Service and will most definitely use his services again in the future. Any employees he brought to help were highly professional and just all around sweet people. One of the more funny men I've ever met. Again, Bert did a phenomenal job. The house looks amazing and everything was finished in a timely manner.

The gentleman in the company was just an incredible guy. He was very perceptive. He basically a painter but does a lot of handymen work too. It was hard to find a good dependable handyman person. He was not an interior decorator but he had a very good sense of style. I can pay him by the job or by the hour. He was very fast. If he tells me something would be done in a day it would be done in a day. There was almost nothing he cannot do.

Bert came on time, was able to do most of the many jobs I had listed, gave me names of people to do two of the jobs he couldn't do, did several jobs I hadn't listed because he saw they needed to be done, put down sheets so my floor didn't get dirty, worked hard for a day and a half, and his work was of good quality.

It went very well -- he finished on time, within budget and left the area very well cleaned-up.

Bert showed up bright and early, was very efficient and showed a lot of "Know how" when it came to putting up the siding. He was very thorough when it came to painting as well, he took care to sand and wash the walls BEFORE painting. Bert's Decor showed a lot of care while in my home. He was efficient, quick, professional and showed me a lot of tips and tricks for future projects. I would not hesitate to use Bert's Decor in the future for any home improvement project. The place we purchased was painted all pink, including trim and windows. Entire home needed to be repainted. We were very pleased with the time frame that Bert could complete the job - he was able to start on the date we needed and complete it in the amount of time we needed. Painting was very well done, with all door knobs removed, and light fixtures removed, etc. As we don't live in town - this is a vacation property...it is difficult to keep an eye on activity that is going on. However, it was easy with Bert...he kept in constant contact with us via email and phone calls if there were any questions. We could not be more pleased. After painted we asked to have tile removed and kitchen cabinets/counters. Bert even did touch up paint after removing cabinets w/out us even having to ask. We would use his services again, no question. Very reliable, honest, and professional.

Very pleased. He has great remodeling and decorating ideas particularly with regards to paint colors. We've used him for 3 years.
