They provided very good service. They were fast and efficient. They did it all in one day and did a great job. They cleaned up and I was very pleased with their professionalism. They were very friendly and I think they did a lot for the price we paid.

All Rooter arrived on time. Scott identified the location of the clog and determined that we would need to dig down to the pip to fix the problem. He gave us an estimate and got started the same day. The drain was cracked in multiple locations and filled with roots. Scott replaced the pip, filled the hole and relaid the sod. He did a great job!

I called All Rooter shortly after 8:00 am and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to talk to an answering machine. I explained my problem and a repairman came out shortly after noon on that same day. The service technician opened my septic tank hoping to snake it from that direction back to the house. Unfortunately, the drain pipe into the septic was in a location that was hard to access. The gentleman had to pull the toilet and snake from the house to the septic. He was very careful not to make a mess or scratch anything with his equipment. After the clog had been cleared, he had me turn on the faucets while he went back out to the septic to make sure that the water was flowing freely. He did an excellent job of scraping off the old toilet ring off before replacing it with a new one so that it would seal properly. After re-installing the toilet, he closed and covered up the septic tank. Everything is working smoothly again and I am very impressed with the service rendered by All Rooter.

Had my parents temporarily living with me in my finished basement while their home was being built. The toilet in the basement would not drain and also began leaking from the base which was likely the result of my father's extensive (and unsuccessful plunging). Left a message with another well known drain cleaning company at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. After the call was not returned by 9:00 am the following morning, I decided to call All-Rooter. Left a message and Jerry called me back 30 seconds later. He apologized for missing my call, assessed my situation and said he would have someone over within two hours. Less than two hours later, Justin showed up. Justin removed the toilet, successfully cleared the blockage in the sewage line and reinstalled the toilet (along with new wax ring) faster than I could say "my weekend is salvaged". I could not have been more pleased with their attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend All Rooter to anyone.

On the verge of leaving the country for about two weeks, our bathroom drains backed up and our toilet was threatening to overflow. When other drain clearing companies failed to return our call, All Rooter responded, arrived in just a few hours to assess the problem we were having, led us through his findings, made his recommendation for solving our problem, and estimated a price (which we found very reasonable). Arrived the following morning and did the work he proposed in less than five hours. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. The work cost his original estimate. I was impressed with All Rooter and would definitely use them again. I was especially pleased with his willingness to share with me information about our house's drain set-up so I'll be better prepared for future difficulties.

Competent and helpful in a not so glamorous job. Taught me a few things and gave me advice that I was happy to receive. The service solved the immediate problem and the advice will delay the next time I will need service again.
