 + -1 moreSold me the wrong part. I even questioned Scott about the model number, since the last digit was not the same. He retrieved the item immediately, and told me it was an upgrade and that it would work. My Dad, age 92, looked at it, and immediately knew it was the wrong part. I tried to take it back, but they clerk said it was "a special order' (even though he went into the stock, and retrieved it... so it was 'in stock' and now I can't get my money (cash) back.
Description of Work: Sold me a part with wrong part number.

 + -1 moreEveryone is very nice at M and M, including the owner, but we had a few minor problems. The owner made it all right in the end, which is important. He contacted us many times more than expected and is very sincere.
Description of Work: Repair Boiler, New water heater, New sink, new faucets, new toilets.

 + -1 moreM and M were on time, but did not have a part that was needed. Instead of charging for a 2nd service call, he called in and had a colleague drop it off while he worked on other diagnostics. I was thrilled.
Description of Work: Thorough furnace pre-winter check, cleaned filters, checked gas fireplace and all gas lines.
