Very fast, very well done. Especially like that they were able to match the floor in the adjoining bathroom and made it look seamless.

After shopping many furniture stores in Petoskey and other locations, we just could not beat Custom Carpet's prices and service. In fact, when you add in delivery, which was free, the prices were lower and the quality far better. We especially liked the attitude: that if we don't stock it, we will find it for you. So we got very niceGreat Northern style bedroom furniture and very uniques living room furniture with a "north woods" pattern that is just great, all with matching rugs. So we have been buying a room at a time over 4 or 5 months and they have been with us every step of the way. Why would you go anywhere else?

Awesome. The floor changed the character of the house and made it look twice as big The owner personally supervises and inspects the job throughout the installation. Easy to work with. Very attentive to detail. The owner was not happy with some minor transition unit that we thought was fine and he replaced it. We paid nothing extra. What was quoted was what we paid. . A little more expensive (5 percent or so) than Lowes or Home Depot, but worth every penny. No hassles.

The work went very well. Very prompt and professional. Flooring was an excellent price. We love the window shades. Service was excellent. Very nice to have work done by a local business.
