I have a surveillance camera - so I know I had skunks getting under my deck. Careful who you get. Person on the phone is excellent. One year ago I had squirrel problem in my attic - the guy that came out did a great job of catching and then sealing up holes. This year I called for skunk. Different guy does not show up on appointed day, shows up a week later, and wants to put out small (squirrel) traps that I know the skunk will not fit in (it was BIG). Well because of his delay I had to postpone the service - he came back a month later- again after a week delay, and put out traps. He catches neighborhood cat - I let it out and he lectures me on letting out cat says I can't do that or he will take his traps and leave (A threat). So next day same thing he catches another cat - next door neighbors, and I let is sit all day in the cage as he shows up late in afternoon and is pissy with me so I tell him " maybe he does not know how to catch a skunk only cats" and he storms off after picking up his traps. They get $159 just to show up and $75 for each captured animal - even if it is not the target animal, so maybe he is not to happy because I told him I was not paying for cats. He told me that he could take the cats if they did not have a collar and rabies tag as it was Michigan law - THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH - there is no such law.

No significant issues, although during the past winter, we believe we heard noises in the attic again, so not sure services we got, provided the full effect of what we expected, which was to prevent other animals from getting inside the house. We will continue to monitor and determine if we need to have it inspected again.

Critter Control of Rochester Hills did a fantastic job. They sent out a workman within a few hours of my call. He clearly explained the procedures. Set the traps on a very steep roof and returned the next day to remove the squirrels and the large nest. He checked back the following day to see if any other squirrels appeared, finding none he removed the traps and repaired the puncture holes from the traps. He was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I was awakened very early one Sunday morning to the sound of scratching in the ceiling of our bedroom. I was not sure if it was bats or mice but whatever it was I wanted it gone! I called Critter Control first thing the next day and they sent Anthony out within a couple hours. He went into the attic and completed an inspection and told me we had mice. He laid down some poison throughout the attic and explained that the mice would leave to search for water. He also went around the outside perimeter of the house and gave an estimate to close off the areas that the mice may be entering. He told me it would take 5 to 7 days for the uninvited guests to be gone. I have not heard any further noise in the attic and am happy to say it appears we have no more critters in the attic! Hope I don't need Critter Control again but I will certainly call them if I do!

They were very good. They did a good job and went way above and beyond. They were getting in through the vents, so they closed the vents and got them out. They were very successful. They were very responsive. I would use them again. It took 4 or 5 days to get them.

Steve was very professional and knowledgable. He trapped and removed two squirrels. Apparently he drives them miles away and releases the animals. The entire process took over ten days and Steve came to the house several times to check the traps...which meant setting up a tall ladder each time and getting up on the roof. At first, I thought the entire process was very expensive, but after seeing how many trips Steve made to the house, etc., I feel the price was warranted. If needed...I would call them again.

We heard a critter in our attic one night and could not tell where it may have entered from on the roof. Called Critter Control in the morning and they were out in a couple of hours and on time for appointment. We have a steep roof and the vent the critter entered the attic was near the peak. He identified where the critter entered and it identified the critter as a raccoon by the tracks left. He set a trap on the roof and after a couple of days and no more noise in attic and nothing caught in the trap it was determined that the raccoon had left to feed and not returned and thankfully not left behind a nest of baby raccoons. He installed a cage over the attic vent so that entry by any critter would never be made again. Critter Control was very professional, explained what they would do, how and why and arrived promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Things were excellent. They set a trap, caught the critter, and they picked it up the next day.

They were spectacular! I found the opossums on a Saturday night, and they were able to accommodate an appointment for Sunday. The technicians arrived right on time. They initially laid five traps, and continued to do so until we found all of the critters. After that, a technician crawled around our pretty nasty crawl space to locate where the opossums where coming in. Once the spot was discovered, we were given the option of either having them patch the entrance or hiring carpentry company. We were so happy with Critter Control by this point, we decided to have them take care of that additional work. Overall, they were incredibly friendly, and followed through on all of their promises. I couldn't have asked for anything more

We had mice in the ceiling above the kitchen and they came to out house put the bait and fixed the route that mice were using to get in. Later we got squirrel entering the ceiling and they put a trap and caught the squirrel. Since that time it is peace and calm.

They were very thorough, but very expensive. The squirrels actually came back and are still here now.

Very well - Steve was the branch manager out in Rochester and answered my service call. He came out at my convenience and did a walk through of my attic and roof noting the problems. He wrote up an estimate and let me pick what I wanted to have done. The initial inspection was $129 and the follow up work around $250 - he was very nice, very accommodating to my schedule and even trapped a squirrel the first week he came out. He installed screens on my end vents of the house and around my attic fan - even modified the one for the attic fan to be less viewable. He and his partner were very nice and very helpful

Steve arrived and inspected the interior of the home from top to bottom, including basement and attic spaces. Then he inspected the exterior foundation, under decking, and roof. He identified various potential points of entry for bats and answered all of my questions and gave me several options for how he could eliminate them or how to do it myself. He also determined that we had voles on the exterior of the home and again gave me options on how he would do the work or how to do the work myself. He was very honest and not at all a "hard sell" of his services. We opted to let him place bait stations, which he came back and refilled on our request, and placed a bat check valve. At every visit he came to the door and checked to see if we had and questions or more pest issues. At his last visit I wasn't home, and he left a detailed note about removing the bait stations and bat check valve, as well as asking me to call if any more problems occur.
