Description of Work: Installed new furnace. Comfort tech did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Would have given them an A for quality of work but they forgot to finish plumbing the condenser hose on the A/C. I can't blame them too much. They installed the furnace in the winter and did not get to check functionality of A/C. Took me 5 minutes and $2.00 in materials to finish plumbing the line myself. I'm confident Comfort Tech would have come to fix. But, didn't feel it necessary for them to make the trip for such a simple task.

 + -1 moreSalesman was professional and readily answered all questions. Installation crew arrived an hour later than expected, but stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction. Before leaving they cleaned up well, showed us their work, made sure we knew how to work the controls and asked us if we had questions/concerns. My overall impression is that they treat people fairly and take pride in their work.
Description of Work: Replaced furnace with humidifier and cleaned air ducts.

 + 0 moreThe guy's professionalism was very good. He actually came out on a weekend for us because the hot water tank had gone. His price was very reasonable. He upgraded the hot water tank to a bigger one for us at no fee. He was very professional. He told us exactly what had to be done and what to expect. We have been very fortunate with the contractors we have had.
Description of Work: Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling fixed the hot water tank of our water heater.
