This was a large job taking two full days. In ceiling and in wall speakers were installed through three rooms and the deck.

Crew arrived on time for estimate and for repair work. Checked all wiring and fixed one area where the wires were arcing. Hung our new light fixtures. Only took about an hour and a half to do all three. Even gave us some advice for the motion sensors on two of the fixtures. Came in under estimate. We are very pleased.

The demo and initial work began as expected but issues began as quality of work was questioned when mistakes were made. From vent/light fan installation to new plumbing install that both caused leaks that damaged paint on the ceiling, things just continued to go down hill. Communication was poor, timeliness in resolving issues was unacceptable, and we are still left with a project that after three months, is incomplete. The final straw was when a new shower pan was installed and the drain was not properly centered/level or glued down correctly which caused the shower floor to warp and not drain properly. This provider had placed blame on the manufacturer but other professional opinions were requested and it turns out the install was inferior and this provider was at fault on the issue. We are now left with starting over on this remodel with a new provider. No accountability has been taken for mistakes, and even the leaks which damaged the ceiling have been left unresolved. I would tell anyone looking to use this provider in the future, that for repair work or simple replacement of items like water heaters, toilets, sump pumps, etc. then this company is perfectly qualified. However, for remodel work that is to be professionally done in a timely manner, then to look elsewhere for a more capable organization.

The technician showed up on time, asked the details and promptly went to work. The pipe was moved in 30 minutes. When the stove was installed it was a perfect fit.

Deweerd and Van D*** did an great job. They were flexible in what days to do the quote and installation and worked with me to provide a higher end charger than they usually install.

Went very well. Good, professional service. Only issue was the initial circuit installed was not GFI, but when pointed out, this was quicly corrected.

I called them to schedule a repair....they came out and did exactly that.

My sump pump quit working on the wettest day in the 13 years that we've owned our home and the basement was flooding. Scott came out first thing in the morning and had the new pump installed and the water in the basement pumped out in no time at all. I have used Deweerd and Van D*** several times over the past 10 years and they have always been prompt and fairly priced. I have no trouble recommending them.

I really liked how willing they were to answer questions. They worked directly with us to meet our needs. My husband hadn't planned on replacing the furnace. Ours was condemned with the fall inspection. We were actually using another furnace company for the inspection. We invited seven companies for quotes. Most were pulled off of Angie's List. We didn't go with the ones we pulled off the List. The man who came in was an installer, not a sales guy. I liked that he was going to be installing it. He answered every single question. I was very impressed. His quote came in within $200 or $300 of most of the other quotes for the furnace. He talked to us about doing the air conditioner at the same time because it was showing signs of wear. It was a very low-pressure situation. His quote was a thing of beauty. He labeled every single thing to the last dollar and gave us options. It was so spelled out that I didn't feel like there were going to be any surprises. This man had a national certification and knew his stuff. He spent three hours with us the first night. I would highly recommend him.

We first moved in the house and noticed that one of our outlets was continuously shorting out so we decided to call this company. When he came out he realized that there was a circuit breaker issue and corrected it immediately for us. We were grateful that he came out on such short notice and we thought he was very professional and knowledgeable as well.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR CALL. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING THAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY WERE GOOD AT THEIR WORK AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
