Great! I called in the morning, and Ryan was there in the afternoon. Not only did he clear my clogged sink, he added a clean-out valve downstairs that was missing.

These guys were great. There were 2 guys that came, Jerry and Troy. They were on time and when they entered my home, they immediately took their shoes off. I started with showing them to the basement, where I had several leaks in the washer tub. Once I explained what was wrong, Jerry had Troy start immediately on that while I showed Jerry the other problems I had in the bathroom and kitchen. They completed almost everything that I asked for. The kitchen faucet was leaking. After he took it apart, Jerry informed me that he could either replace the part that was causing the problem, which cost $40, or I could purchase an entire new fixture for $60. The fixture that I have now is very inexpensive and would be better to just buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty and didn't pressure me into paying for a repair that I could wait on. They were very friendly and offered some good advice on preventative maintenance. I really recommend this plumbing service. Their prices were reasonable and they finished all repairs within an hour. I will definitely call on them again when I need their services.

Excellent. Called and they were there the next morning at 7:30 am sharp. Just as we agreed. Worked about an hour. Cleaned up after. Made sure I was happy with the work. Thought very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

He came within two hours do my call and worked very fast to complete the work and be sure everything worked well. We got $25 dollars off because we booked through Angie's list. We were happy with the service and the professionalism.pump oat $140.00.

I would highly recommend Budget Plumbing. I called on Friday afternoon with a request to fix a leak at the washer hookup and potential leak with the PVC and/or copper pipe in the basement. Ryan was wonderful in setting us up with a Monday morning appointment. After just moving into our home and finding out that we needed an electrician to help with dryer set up and that there was a leak with the washer set up (after a professional relocation service was already paid to set up both the washer and the dryer), their prompt response was greatly appreciated. Jerry and Troy were very personable and professional. I also appreciated their willingness to finish my dryer hook up that needed venting after the electrician completed converting a gas hook up to electric. (The electrician was unable to complete the venting due to time constraints). This was a last minute request for Budget Plumbing before they arrived. I can't tell you how much it means to have someone willing to go the extra mile--especially since our packers decided to pack trashcans and plungers with most of our towels! It's wonderful knowing that I've already found a plumber I can trust since I'm new to the area.

Budget Plumbing did a great job - prompt, professional, and efficient. I had a huge crack in my sewage stack and it was leaking through the wall into the basement. The plumbers showed up immediately the next morning, diagnosed the problem by carefully opening up sections of the wall, and were able to replace a large, cracked section of the stack - all by noon, and for a great price! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Very professional. Took care of the issue right away. Also noticed an issue with our under-mount sink so he gave us a recommendation for someone to fix that as well.

Ryan arrived within a few hours of my call, and did not leave until he was satisfied that the drains in our kitchen were running perfectly. He took great care to avoid making a mess, and conducted himself in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to call him again, or to recommend him.

Ryan and I researched solutions for our stinky hot water. An Active Anode seemed to be the solution. Jerry showed up the day after I called and performed a pretty quick and high quality installation.

Outstanding in every way! Ryan was very responsive and very quick to get me a bid. He is happy to use phone, e-mail, and text messages, and always responded promptly. After I accepted the bid, the guys came out the next day. They couldn't finish all the work until a counter top and a replacement toilet arrived. When that was completed, Budget finished their part the next day. They did everything right the first time. They even did a good job cleaning up, which many contractors don't. They were fast, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. I now consider them to be "our" plumbers, and will definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work.

Everything was great. We called to schedule service, and he called back on the same day and scheduled us for a next-day appointment. Repair was fast and efficient. The plumber (Ryan?) was personable and friendly, and very professional. Definitely would use again - wish we had found this company sooner as we've had several plumbing projects over the past 6 months, and the plumbing company we've been using (large name in the area) NEVER provided such good service.

Jerry, was the tech that come out to my house. He was very professional and worked extremely fast. I couldn't believe how quickly he diagnosed the problem and had everything done in under an hour. I saved a lot of time and money with this company. I will definitely look to Budget plumbing and Jerry for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Over the weekend my garbage disposal become clogged and started leaking through the bottom of the disposal. I called Ryan on Saturday and left a message and within a few minutes he contacted me saying he received my message and he would get a ahold of me on Sunday when he had access to his schedule. On Sunday he followed up and we set up a time for Monday morning. He actually had someone cancel and was able to come first thing - it was nice that he called before he came so that way I knew when expect him and didn't have to wait around all morning. When he arrived he was in and out in about 30 minutes (he had a new disposal on hand which was great) and now I have a wonderfully working garbage disposal!

Budget Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We received a few other quotes from other plumbers in Grand Rapids and they were asking approximately three times as much for the same amount of work. Ryan came over and gave us a quote the same day I called. He was able to fit us into his schedule pretty quickly.to get the work done. We learned we needed to upgrade our electrical for the water heater that was needed for our whirlpool tub. He referred us to an affordable electrician. He allowed my husband to help his technician with lifting the tub and a few small tasks and he gave us a discount. This allowed the initial estimate to be reduced from $550 to $500. Finally, we found an honest, trustworthy, business that isn't greedy, We can't say enough good things about this business. We highly recommened them.

I talked with Ryan and he was with a customer and told me he would get right back with me. About 15 minutes later he called and said he could get someone at my house right away if I was home. I was able to leave work right away and when I got home Jerry was there waiting for me. Jerry was friendly, knowledgeable and after inspection, recommended the replacement of my tub faucet. The old one was over 60 years old! He did have a replacement on the truck so I didn't have to wait for him to go and buy one which is unusual in my experience. It only took about 15-20 minutes to replace the piece and it works great, better than the old one. Budget Plumbing offered a $25 coupon on Angie's List, thereby making the total cost very affordable. And Jerry, I took your suggestion and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. I have already talked to a couple of my neighbors about Budget Plumbing and what a great job they did!

Ryan came on short notice ( I was home from work unexpectedly) and was courteous and professional. He replaced the seat on the hot water side and replaced washers/gaskets on both sides. Work was done in under an hour.

The sewer pipe started leaking first thing in the morning and Ryan showed up within a few hours. He was professional and made quick work of fixing it. Everything works great now and there is no more leaking.

Ryan did this work the day I called. He showed up 10 minutes before the timeframe he gave me and completed his work in 20 minutes! Very professional - I was very pleased.

wJerry was awesome. He was exactly on time and super friendly. I just bought a home that had several leaks as well as the tub being completely clogged. Jerry did a ton of work cutting new drain pipe for the tub. He also had to replace the drain pipe for the sink. He explained everything. I felt totally comfortable with him and already plan to call them to replace a toilet and help me hook up a gas dryer. He was there for about 3 hours and it was only $264! Definitely use these guys if you need plumbing work done!
