He had it all fixed and water back on in about 1 hour. Great plumber and all around nice guy to have in my home. Was fast to respond to my emergency call, fast to get to my house and very knowledgeable. Had the best rates too!

Budget Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty. He answered all my questions, even the questions I asked two and three times, only in different words! He was polite, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was flowing good before he left.

Great! I called another company and they gave me a quote that was twice the amount that Budget Plumbing charged! The plumbers texted me (so great not to have to play phone tag!), came early the next day, called when they were on their way and did a fast, great job!

Excellent. I cannot praise Ryan enough. He's fair, prompt and always in contact. When our hot water heater died on a Sunday over Labor Day weekend, I messaged him through Angie's List (had used him before) and he contacted me that day. He and his workers are the best.

Ryan contacted me promptly and worked out a time with my schedule to get the work done as soon as possible. Showed up on time and replaced the pump in about 20 minutes. Even fixed a faucet fixture that was loose. Will definitely contact Ryan again in the future.

Everything was great. Loved the prompt response and quick, detailed work. My only gripe was that they say in their website that they take credit cards but, when I went to pay for the service, they said they prefer cash or check and would have to add a 5% fee for credit card processing. That isn't a big deal, but if I knew that in advance I could have easily stopped by my bank and got out the cash.

Ryan and his team were incredible. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected, and I work in a customer service industry. Ryan and his team were flexible wit my schedule, available or questions and advice outside of business hours, and very professional in both execution and demeanor. The job was a simple one made complicated by me not being prepared with the right faucet. They adapted their schedules and were pleasant even during the inconvenience.

They were amazing. They came out immediately and didn't upcharge me for coming out so soon. If I had more than two thumbs I would give them 3 thumbs up. They didn't charge me near as much. They were responsive and incredible. He got everything done quickly.

PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END FOR MOST IMPRESSIVE POINT. All work was performed quickly and efficiently. Neither the plumber nor I was able to see a junction feeding one of the toilets was now going to get unsoftened water. Called them back to correct and again they were there quickly. MOST IMPRESSIVE: A defective t-joint split and bathed the basement in water plus dug a hole in drywall to stairway. They got the leak stopped and a restoration team there quickly. The restoration team did a great job of drying things out and repairing the damage to stairwell wall. No hesitation in taking responsibility for situation and in getting it fixed. Fabulous! The restoration team was West Michigan Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. They were also fabulous. See separate review for them!!

Jerry was the one that came to do the repairs and he is awesome. Very nice, super fast, and offered advice beyond the scope of his work. Will definitely be using again for our future projects!

We found our new plumber! The service was great! Very affordable and they are professional. They squeezed us in on a Friday! We were without a kitchen sink and Budget Plumbing came to the rescue. We will certainly call again when we are in need.

I thought I needed a clean out on my 4" pipe but Ryan found the real problem, a bad plumbing job from day one. He cut the old pipes out and put in new ones. Called him at 8:00, said he had a job to do and would be in touch with me by noon. At 10:00 he said he would be there in 20 min. did the job great and was done. I will use him again.!!!

Budget Plumbing was amazing. They responded to my Sunday SOS with an approximate time for the repair on Monday. Jerry arrived on time. He took the time to talk with me about the issue until we both understood what was wrong. He worked quickly and clearly explained the problem and the solution. Jerry cheerfully accepted our Angie's List coupon. A+ all around.

Called about 8AM and by 11:30 Jerry was here and job was completed. This particular drain has plugged about 5 times in last 23 years so I knew how it should go. I tried Plumbers Helper prior to calling. Drain now works as it did new. No mess and professional work. I will use them again.

I called Budget yesterday evening and told them that our hot water heater went out. Ryan (from Budget) was on our door step the next morning exactly at 8 am as he said he would be on the phone the day before. He got right to it, and his work was incredible. Within 2 hours our old water heater was gone and a new one was installed. While Ryan was here, I had him replace some leaky basket valves with new ball valves. I can't say enough good things about Budget Plumbing. They're fair, professional, and have a high degree of integrity. Honestly, I was surprised that Ryan showed up at 8....usually when I call someone and they give me a time, I'm in the habit of adding 2 hours to it. If you need any plumbing work done, Budget Plumbing is the crew you need to call. In fact, I'm bringing Ryan out again to install a back up sump pump. It's a great feeling working with a company that you can trust.

Ryan was very professional, kind, efficient, knowledgable, timely, and the cost was very fair. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions. He was considerate as well and cleaned up after he was done. I would not only recommend him, but will be calling on him should the occasion require a skilled professional.

I heard water leaking in basement in middle of the night and saw the old hot water tank had died. So I turned off water, found Ryan here on Angies List. His website said 24/7 so I texted what happened and that water was off and I have a sump pump so OK to call in the AM. He texted right back and I assured him AM was just fine. His price was the best of 3 calls I made that morning. When he came he got everything done and the new water heater in the tiny space it's living in [I had texted him pictures of old one with its labels so he could see sizing situation]. Turns out his truck died that morning so he got his family car, moved all his tools to a little flat trailer and showed up as promised. The competitors were trying to book me out to the next day. So in March I buy a new kitchen sink, get a quote from him on the phone, and said I'd call him back after the sink and faucet arrived [online purchase]. This time he sent out his two employees who also were friendly and courteous, worked hard moving lines around, etc. and it took longer than expected but they not only honored the price, but put it at the low end of the fair sight-unseen estimate of $200-$250, they charged $210. I liked both the price and the attitude, both times.

Great firm to work with. I called in the morning and they came early afternoon. Cleared out a very clogged drain, did it quickly and neatly. Nice guys. I will definitely use again.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While they didn't have a new drain vent that fit our fixture on the truck, that's an easy fix for us to finish. My husband handled the call and said we would absolutely use them again!

They provided same day service and completed the repair within 30min. Very courteous and had a replacement faucet available so I didn't have to wait.
