BUDGET PLUMBING

Came out for a main drain cleanout after basement flooded. Made quick work of it and did not over charge or try to upsell for unnecessary work. Fourth time I've used Budget Plumbing (old house) and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and they communicate well.

I was so happy to have a positive experience once again. Scheduling was efficient and easy and responsiveness was excellent. They fixed my garbage disposal, and although I suggested that we needed to replace the wax ring (and was ready to pay for that project), it was determined that this was not needed. Shims were just what solved my problem and those are free.

Due to our busy but flexible schedules, we agreed that Ryan would come to our house at some point during the day. Ryan was in constant communication with me to let me know when he would arrive. When he showed up, he assessed the issue and got to work. Also identified some other issues that may be problems, agreed on what should be fixed and what could wait and he got to work. Finished everything quickly and professionally.

Received an in-person quote verbally. When scheduled and workers arrived the price doubled. In other "B" rated reviews, some allude to owner being "in a rush" and that was the case here; we ended up with a disagreement over what was originally quoted and I paid their bill for $1,200 higher than a comparable licensed plumber quoted. Disagreements happen, so be sure you get the original quote in writing before contracting for work or giving the go-ahead. Due to the time constraints of the job, we were not able to cancel and reschedule the other professional who quoted $1,200 less.

I had an old kitchen faucet that was getting hard to turn on and off and leak at the handle. The hot water side only trickled out, but the cold water was a good flow. I knew it was going to die and wanted it replaced before water was all over the place. I talked to Ryan and the very next day he came out with another plumber, on time as scheduled. The two of them knocked it out in about 30 minutes and the whole time we were talking about other projects and plumbing experiences. They were upbeat and funny; even that early in the morning. They cleaned everything up before they left. Looks beautiful and I would call them again and recommend them to others. And of course they honored the Angie's List coupon.

Was professional and were very knowledgeable. Good price!

10/2017 installed new 75 gallon water heater in our home. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. 11/2017 installed new tub and shower surround in our rental property. Ryan made sure that we knew what finish work would be needed after installation. Again, they were prompt, friendly and cleaned up the site. We will be using Budget for all our plumbing needs in the future.

They were excellent. The were prompt, punctual and had the job completed in about 10 minutes.

We contacted Budget Plumbing and they came out the next day to provide a quote. Jerry did the quote as well as performed most of the work. We had two other plumbers provide quotes and Budget was one of the lowest. Since they had gotten so many other great reviews and the price was very reasonable we decided to go with them. They were able to get us on their schedule within a week which really helped to keep our project moving along. Jerry is the nicest guy you will ever meet. So friendly and upbeat each and everyday he came to work for us. When we asked him to do something that was a little different than what we originally asked for he never complained or made you feel like you were imposing. Being that our house is an older home (1900) there were some quirky things that Jerry had to work around. He knew exactly how to do it. Jerry had assistants that worked with him throughout the process - Troy and Brandon. Both of them were excellent as well. Ryan, who mainly does the scheduling and billing, was able to get us on the schedule for the days that we requested which was amazing because sometimes it was a little short notice. These guys truly care about their customers and it shows. If we have any other plumbing needs in the future these guys will definitely be the ones that we call.

They showed up the next morning and fixed the leak. They also replaced old 30 and 10 gallon water well tanks with a new 30 gallon unit and installed new lines. I have used Budget before and they are terrific!!

I called Ryan about my leaking water heater and if arrived at my place within the hour. He quickly fixed the leak and he was on his way. Highly recommend Budget Plumbing for all of your plumbing projects. This is the 2nd time I've called Ryan and he comes over right away and does a great job!

Ryan is great! Another company had come out and told me I had to replace the whole unit. Ryan came over within the hour and performed the repair on the spot, no replacement necessary!!! This is the second time I've called Budget Plumbing and they are on site within a matter of hours addressing the problem. I can't say enough good things about Ryan. Highly Recommended!!!

Excellent Experience. I had purchased a new toilet not knowing if it would be less expensive to fix the existing toilet or install the new toilet. He informed me it was very easy to fix the existing toilet and the cost was much less to fix the existing toilet than replace the toilet. Price was extremely fair! I will definitely use Budget Plumbing again.

I had two toilets replaced - one by Jerry and one by Ryan. They both did a great job and were very responsive and professional.

They were a little bit late due to traffic but called to let me know. Friendly, did a good job, good water heater, cost was same as price quoted.

Video inspection and cleanup. Company is very responsive and professional. We had called around 9AM and they were over within 2 hours. Jerry was very courteous and knowledgeable, made sure that backed up pipes would not cause any damage to property in basement. Once the problem was determined (grease plug) he cleaned it up in less than an hour. Highly recommend this company.

We had just done a remodel so I was understandably shaken to think the new ceiling in our kitchen might be damaged. I called Budget Plumbing. I had to leave a message and was sure it would be hours if not a day or so before someone got back to me. I was surprised that within 5 minutes Ryan called me back. He was professional, friendly and scheduled an appointment that very day. I came home to find my pipes fixed, my floors clean (no dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom. The price was a little more that estimated, but I gladly paid the price because of the professional, quick and efficient service I received. Thanks guys, you made what could have been a long lengthy problem, turn into an almost pleasant experience.

Everything went great. They guys were efficient, professional, and creative in figuring out how to re-do pipes in an old house. They're very good at explaining their work and letting you know why they're doing what they're doing. They even continued working for the day without power, using batteries and flashlights, when the power went out! I trust these guys and would highly recommend them.

I have used this company twice and both time they were excellent in the work done at a great price. They replaced some of the drain pipes to install the new sink and made sure everything fit up without leaks. Their clean up, removal of old sink and chaulking of the sink was well done. This job only took two hours to accomplish with a fine professional look.

Fixed the problem within an hour and explained some recommendations to avoid future issues. They did leave a bit of sewage around the clean out but they did wipe up most of it.
