Stop right there! This is the company you should use, hands down! Two other people had looked at it and misdiagnosed the source of the leak in my shower, which was dripping down into my basement. I had tried everything short of tearing out the shower wall. I thought I had the problem taken care of, only to discover that it was still leaking. I called Budget Plumbing and had the good luck of reaching Ryan, who was able to squeeze in a visit to my home between jobs. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he fixed it within an hour and only charged a pittance for his services. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, and if my experience is any indication of the way this company operates, I can't imagine why you would want to use anyone else. Look no further.

My shower controls needed to be fixed so I bought the valve at Lowe's and started the job. Had trouble with with corrosion and saw that if I got into trouble I would not have water( no local shut off). Called Budget Pluming and they were there 8:00 am the next day. Without the extraction tool I would not have been able to pull the valve out and the valve I got from Lowe's leaked. Also had a valve put in for my outside faucets. They are fast, competent, and reasonable.

we had such a good experience with our service man. very punctual and professional. he found us a good deal, pulled out the old toilets, replaced them then disposed of our old ones. i would definitely call them first if we encounter any more plumbing issues. :)

The washer drain began to back up and overflow in basement. Called Budget plumbing they responded promptly and removed the clog. We have not had a problem since.They also gave us valuable advise on how to avoid clogging in the future.

We called at 10:00 p.m. on Friday night, expecting to get an answering service or a message, but the phone was answered and we had a service call set up for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Nice! 11:00 rolled around and no one showed up. I called back and it seemed like our address wasn't on their schedule. Kory came at about 2:30 p.m. It proved to be a very difficult clog way down the line from our sink. He stayed until it was clear, which took him about an hour and a half and several attempts. Our sink works fine now, no problems. Aside from the late arrival, we were satisfied with the price and quality of the service.

THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND A SOLUTION RIGHT AWAY. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESSES THE MOMENT THAT THEY WERE MADE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID.
