BUDGET PLUMBING

Our initial call went out @ 10:30pm on a Thursday. I expected to leave a voicemail, but a got a human, a very pleasant surprise. I explained our slow running basement drain, they offered to come out that night! I advised the following morning would be satisfactory. The following morining by 9:00AM the service tech called to advise he was on his way. He arrived and work for 30 minutes more-or-less and the drain was running open again. There was not question about the coupons or the price. Great service!

The toilet in my guest bath occasionally was slow to flush and at times overflowed. The problem was intermittent, but I had company coming for the 4th so I was hoping I could get someone in to look at it quickly. Randy was able to come out that same day, found the problem and fixed it. He was very professional, prompt, & courteous. He called when he was heading my way so that I could leave work and meet him at the house. While Randy was at the house, I asked him about some of the other plumbing projects on my to-do list and I plan on scheduling him to come back to work on these before the end of the summer.

Out of four companies I called Budget was the only one who said they could come out the next day. He Said he would be out between 10 and 12. He called on his way to let me know it would be 15 minutes. Was right on time. Very friendly, fixed the lead without problems. I would use them again for sure. Tammy

He got there the very next day after my initial phone call. He called when he was on his way and was very kind and professional! Did a great job and it was a great price.

I'm told a pinhole leak like this in copper tubing is rare. He not only quickly found and fixed the leak, he identified that the pipes were not securely anchored as the cause of the problem and went through the basement and secured everywhere that there was a problem. When I bought the house the pipes always made noise and I thought it was just something I was going to have to live with, especially when the washing machine was running. I couldn't wait to see what happened when running the washing machine after he left. And I didn't hear a thing! He managed to get out here early on a Saturday morning, and quickly fix it! This is the 2nd time I've used him with an emergency problem, and both times he has worked his schedule to meet my needs and quickly, thoroughly and at a good price fixed my problem. This is the kind of customer service I'd like from all the companies I deal with! I will definitely be calling him whenever I need a plumber. Thank you Angie's list for helping me find him. I don't think I would have found as good a plumber with any other source.

This was the first time I used Budget Plumbing and I was very pleased. They were available even before I was. They could have come out the same day that I called them, but unfortunately, I had to go to work. They came right on time the next morning and installed a nice looking frost free faucet in front and replaced a section of the pipe and the shutoff valve down in the basement. The plumber who came was very pleasant, knowledgeable and did his work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again.

I had excellent response and service from this company. I received a no-nonsense estimate (fix the problem, not get elaborate with unneeded add-ons.) The plumber was able to fix my pipes right after the estimate, no long waits. I felt respected, and as a woman trying to arrange these type of repairs, I greatly appreciate this attitude. I will call Budget Plumbing if I ever need to repair or upgrade my plumbing.

Ryan called my cell phone about 20 minutes prior to his arrival so I could return home and meet me at the house. He was very professional and went right to work and fixed the problem. He also corrected another problem with the toilet that he had found. I also showed him another issue I was having in the basement. He gave me an estimate. I plan on having Ryan come back and would definitely recommend Ryan and Budget Plumbing!!

We were having some toilets installed by Lowe's, and we had problems with one of the installations. The toilet in the main bath was leaking at the floor, and even after they replaced it with another toilet, the second one leaked as well. The Lowe's technician said the problem was the flange, but even after he installed a new one, the toilet still continued to leak. At that point, he told me the toilet leaked because our pipes were clogged. What? Just to be sure, I called Budget Plumbing. Mr. Stover was in the area and was at my house in a matter of minutes. He examined all of the drains and was able to determine the problem was not the drains. He pulled the toilet and showed me a crack in the bowl. If the Lowe's technician had done this in the first place, it would have saved hours of work, repeated service calls and an unhappy customer. Even after all of the work that Mr. Stover did, he only charged me the cost of the service call. Needless to say, I will not be using Lowe's again for any installations, but I will be calling Budget Plumbing!

I had used Budget many years ago, but Ryan was a new owner. I saw the references on Angie's List, was pleased to also see a 10% off coupon, and gave Ryan a call. We scheduled, he confirmed, arrived on time and assessed the issue and the best way to tackle it. He is personable, professional and capable. He cleared the pipe and we tested it several times until he was sure it was good. The price was awesome. I would recommend him with no reservations and will surely call him again if I have another plumbing problem.

Ryan is incredibly responsive. Part of our basement had about an inch of water. We have only lived in the house four months so we had no idea what was happening. He was here at 7 am and began to snake the drain. It was "pretty bad" and he told us why he knew the previous owners had had problems before. Ryan was in and out in under an hour and everything was back to normal. I highly recommend! UPDATE: Used Ryan's services again in December 2012 when my garbage disposal pipe needed replacing. Again he was prompt, thorough and well priced. He's a gem!

While making dinner earlier in the week, we clogged the kitchen sink. We tried snaking and fixing it ourselves but to no avail. We called Budget Plumbing based on reviews on Angie's List. We called the company on Friday morning and they were out in the afternoon, based on our work schedule. The plumber had everything fixed in no time. We thought the problem was due to our older garbage disposal that came with the house. The plumber said that the disposal, while old, is actual a great disposal and didn't cause the issue. The issue is that our pipes are just old and haven't been cleaned so there was build up; it would have happened even if we had a brand-new disposal. That advice right there was worth it as I had a new disposal on order (returning it shortly). The plumber flushed out the pipes to remove the build up. It was a great experience. We didn't get sold on buying a new disposal that we didn't need nor did he recommend repiping the kitchen drain. We will use them again in the future.

The plumber, Ryan, was wonderful. He was here first thing in the morning and not only completed the job we called him for, which was repairing a leak under our mobile home, but he also fixed our sink so it no longer makes the annoying whine that it has made for years, and everything was done within 1/2 hour. He really knew what he was doing, had the parts in his van so there was no need to run to the store, and was friendly. We will definitely call him again if we have problems.

Called to make an appointment at 8:30am, he arrived by 9:30am and was completed by 10:30am. Fast, friendly, affordable service. Will call again when plumbing issues arise.

I called and left a message and the plumber responded right away as it was a friday . He sent out another one of his partners that was closer to do the job. He was very friendly and thorough and knew what he was doing . He took time to explain everything and he didn't make any messes . We were very satisfied .

Ryan was courteous and very professional. After replacing the old faucet with a new one, he was careful to test and ensure proper functioning of all plumbing before packing up his equipment to leave.He graciously agreed to take a "look see" at my 60 year old plus plumbing supply and offered me a estimate for scope of work to replace to bring plumbing up to needed level of supply. I will definitely be calling him back when I'm ready to tackle this project.

Leak in the kitchen sink plumbing was a source of frustration for years. "We" tried fixing it ourselves many times. Fixes were temporarily successful. We had compression fit plumbing parts and they always worked themselves loose over time. I hated the big huge flood of water that would start to spill out from the cabinet, when I wasn't expecting it. I have had such great success using Angie's List since last year; so I looked up a plumber with good reviews, which lead to Budget Plumbing. I called Ryan in the morning and he actually answered his phone (a rare thing nowadays). He promised to call me back within the hour as he was at work on a job in Caledonia. Ryan called back shortly after, asked for directions, and drove straight over. He came in, diagnosed the problems, and had it all fixed and leak free within about an hour. He replaced the steel baskets with better quality ones, then adjusted the pvc plumbing to remedy the problems we were having with pipes that worked themselves loose over time. Ryan was prompt and courteous. He was also smart to leave a sticker for his business under my sink, and a business card on my refrigerator. I have high regard for a go-getter attitude from anyone in the trades. I'll be happy to call him again if I have any plumbing problems and have already recommended him to my sister.

It was very good and professional. Brian was his name and it was within budget with everything he said. The time took less then what he estimated and I was happy. He came a day early and I would refer him. I will be using him again.

Even though the appointment was scheduled early in the day, Ryan still arrived to the work site 5-10 minutes early-- very punctual. He thoroughly examined all of the plumbing throughout the house. He offered to replace all the parts that needed to be right then and there, but we haven't bought the house yet, so I couldn't let him. He was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. (I am a first time homeowner.) The only thing I wasn't completely pleased with was the price--$150. I don't think it is unreasonable, but I don't think it is a great deal either.

Ryan did everything on our list within one hour. He was courteous and professional.
