Description of Work: Replaced frozen water pipes, installed shut off and drain lines on same lines. | |Responded quickly, identified problems and location of broken pipes, got the job done during initial visit. | |Did not protect repair area adequately. Consequently, dripped solder on carpeting, which was disappointing. Other than that, good job.

Description of Work: My water heater was leaking and I called around for pricing. Not only was the pricing for Budget plumbing one of the more reasonable, they offered to come out that afternoon and replace the water heater. They came when they said, installed, cleaned up, hauled away old water heater and showed me how to use the new one. I was extremely happy with their service.

Description of Work: used a snake to clear up a slow drain. all went well.

Description of Work: Broke up concrete in basement. Installed drain pipe and water line and cemented the drain line hole on the first day. Returned a second day after the cement dried sufficiently to install the toilet. |Seemed to go well. No complaints. On-time service. |

Description of Work: We did a bathroom remodel and Budget Plumbing was subcontracted by our contractor, the two plumbers spent 12 hours each in one day to get the |rough in done. Recently I had some concerns about the install and talked to Ryan, he was very easy to talk to an helped me figure the issue out.

Description of Work: They attempted to unplug a 2" drain without any success. I had them cut the cast iron pipe just above where it entered the floor and it was plugged solid for a few feet with an unknown substance. Neither of us had any idea what it could have been. They rerouted the drain to another location and closed this one off. I don't feel that the issue was any fault of theirs and the rework was excellent.

Description of Work: Ryan was very prompt, as a matter of fact I was the one who was late.He came in,assessed the problem and went right to it. He replaced some of my pipes as they were put in wrong by the previous owners and used the powered snake to clear the blockage in the pipes. I would definitely call them again. Description of Work: First time tried time find a leak that has stumped two other plumbers. Couldn't find it. Second time unplugged toilet. Extremely fast response. Friendly and efficient.

Description of Work: Even though their office was able to send someone out for a quote on the work the same day I called, he was in such a rush I don't think he heard half of what I was explaining. Even went outside to look at my roof which wasn't part of the problem. Gave me the cheapest bid, but kept getting interrupted with phone calls.

Description of Work: Ryan unclogged a sink drain that had been clogged for a really long time. It was so clogged, the water level in the sink barely went down a centimeter in one day. It was horrible and we tried the plunger, baking soda, hot water, and a hand auger but just couldn't get it. Ryan not only got the clog in a quick amount of time, he was able to arrive at my house in 45 minutes on a day that I unexpectedly was at the house during the day.

Description of Work: Budget moved the water meter in my house to a better location so I could finish off more of the basement. I originally received an estimate of $850 over the phone. I thought it high but it took a week to get the estimate and didn't have the time to get another. They came when they said they would and were courteous and professional. It took less than 4 hours to complete and the materials, while expensive, were minimal. Using the standard $80 per hour and $100 for materials, the actual cost was half the estimated cost. I believe most vendors would have given some type of "break" on the price based upon actual. If it were to cost more, I'm sure they would have requested more.

Description of Work: I was under great stress when I contacted Budget plumbing as my mother had just passed away & we were preparing for her memorial when I had an emergency plumbing issue,@ our rental property,that could not wait. It was a holiday weekend & they contacted someone who came right out & was willing the work even though I could not meet them @ the property. I will never forget there kind, compassionate service. I only gave a B rating on the price because I have nothing to compare it to but I would recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: I had a plugged drain. Ryan came over within 45 minutes and had it cleared in an hour. It was a Saturday appointment so I really appreciated the timeliness and solution.
