They are very slow and reluctant to perform. We finally had a good agent who found another job. Now we have a rude agent again. I hate calling them for anything. Few of my neighbors will get involved when there is a problem. Avoid this company. They don't seem to care about people.
Description of Work: Reporting deck repair to owner, correcting tenant on filth issue, removing trash by dumpsters, reporting need for carpet repair in hallway.

Quality of service depends upon your housing agent. We currently have one who is trying very hard but working within the limitations of an impersonal company and a slow repair schedule
Description of Work: I asked property manager to install light bulbs in condo hallway in mid-December. They said that they did, but one was still burnt out in the tall light fixture. It could have been an inferior bulb or light fixture. They decided to do it in a few days after I strongly complained. Agent gave me a hard time about a warning sign I posted about catalytic converter theft.
