small appliance repair
+ -1 moreWoman answering phone is very rude; she says she's the owner; I had to call them twice to find out about the oven part; the part cost $46.99 and the labor was $154. It took him 10 minutes to install it.
Description of Work: Replaced a sensor; it took 10 minutes; I had to wait a week for the part and they never called me I had to call them twice. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very rude; the repair man said she was the owners girlfriend but she informed me she was the owner. I thought the charges were excessive. I don't know about the warranty on the part replaced but I only hope it stays sound as I would hate to have to deal with that woman again!

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT. ORIGINALLY SEARS WAS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT AND FIX THE DRYER BUT THEY KEPT RESCHEDULING SO I CALLED VIP THEY WERE HERE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY DRYER.
