I had a good experience. I feel like it is a toss up between them and their competitor. If I can't find something at their competitor I come here. I feel like they are a little more expensive than their competitor.

Fast one hour to take out and replace.

Entire experience was simple and transparent. All staff performed their parts of the process professionally.

I will use this company for my window installation.

I called for a quoe on a new fence and was told I would receive a call back. I missed the call back 2 days later and immediately called back but got a voicemail. I left a message and finally 6 days later a return call and said they dont have an opening till the following week. I said i had left a message and asked if there was anything sooner. they had said they did not have a message from me and the following week was the soonest. I told them what time I was available in the evening and was told they do not do quotes past 3pm. I said so you dont want my business? No quotes past 3pm was the answer.

We did not pay anything as we had the warranty. They had a sale which made me go with The Home Depot. We were without a refrigerator for five days. My husband told them it was the compressor and they said no it would not be the compressor but it was. My husband is a retired engineer and they were arguing with him. Eventually they did fix it. The parts were not quickly available. We had to wait until they shipped the parts. Therefore, we were without the fridge for five days. They did reimburse us for food. I put in a claim for $77 and they paid that within a week. The reason they did not have the parts was that they said where would do the compressors break and they thought it was something else, and as soon as they changed that part it did not work, so they knew it was the compressor. I would use their services again in the future.

We decided not to go with the vanity because we did not get a response from Home Depot regarding what kind of countertop we should go with and the installation was so costly which we didn't know about. The design person never got back to us so we canceled our order. I canceled the order before it was delivered to the store. The vanity WAS delivered to the store and we had to pay $290 for a restocking fee. They just let it be shipped. The manager was nasty with us.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. IT REALLY MADE THE ROOM SEEM BIGGER. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
