Description of Work: Needed our gas fireplace serviced and cleaned. We were given a 3-5pm time frame. Anthony arrived around 3:30. He was courteous,knowledgeable and did a thorough cleaning. I will be sure to call them again each year to get our fireplace ready for winter

Description of Work: They replaced our entire HVAC system and added insulation. The warrantee is very good, but I have not yet had to use it; I'm not able to answer they question. I have some additional work that they have said they would take care of; however, I've not been able to get them back out to my house. I know they're working on a big project and that may be the reason. Overall, they did excellent work.

Description of Work: Absolutely excellent. A very pleasant woman answered on Memorial Day after we struggled to repair our air conditioner. She listened to what we did and what still wrong. Within minutes of our pone call, Tony called us and helped solve the problem over the phone. The problem was a blown fuze that we repaired ourselves. Very honest and helpful, will definitely call if/when we need any service in the future! Thank you!!!!!

Description of Work: My central air conditioner stopped working. I called Schutz and someone came out the same day and replaced a part and checked the system and it worked.Four days later it would not start again and they came back again and replaced the part with a larger model and the system worked. There was a $80 charge for the second better/larger part. The AC has worked fine ever since. The unit is 15 years old and probably on its last legs and if I need a replacement I will probably call Schutz. for an estimate.

Description of Work: Called this company because it had good reviews, my heater went out a couple times but then n came back on so we didn't have anyone come out, but this last time it wouldn't come back on so I called lakeside which I'm sure they would have done a good job but it would of taken a couple hours from the time I called and then it could of taken a couple more hours before they actually got here, I have a newborn so I needed someone ASAP when I called Schutz they had someone that could come within the hour, which was perfect. The guy came in and within 5 mins had the problem figured out and fixed, it was all done for under 100 dollars he even cleaned some stuff up for us which was unexpected but we appreciated it.

Description of Work: They came out on a Sunday right after I called, looked over our AC unit, saw that it needed to be cleaned and washed it down. They also added freon to the system, and in general advised us how to care for the AC unit. I thought they were very honest and up front about what the problem was, and though they could have claimed the unit needed more than freon and a hosing down, they didn't. If we have trouble again, or if our AC unit needs to be replaced in future, I'm calling these guys.

They were good. They called and kept their promise when they put the furnace in and stuffs like that. When we called up, last year was the first year. We used them to check our furnace over and that's what we called them for mainly. They explained everything to us and we asked them about the furnace. They offered 3 kinds to us and they told us the differences between and they high pressured us with one way and the other. We chose it, they installed it and the guy was here for the normal maintenance today. They also come once a year, we didn't have to nag them. The guy who came said it was in good shape. He didn't lie to us. He was professional and good. The guy knew what he was talking about. We had a couple of questions and he answered them. We didn't have any complaints about them. They were good. We think they are right up to the present day's update. We are satisfied with them. Their price is good. We would use them again in the future.

Furnace failed to come on when it was 18 degrees outside. Found Schutz & Co on Angie's List, called them at 8:40 AM Saturday morning, Tony showed up at 10:30 AM. After troubleshooting, diagnosed and replaced furnace circuit board. Very satisfied with work performed, Tony also offered advice to improve my HVAC performance and efficiency.

Mike was on time, polite, and did an excellent job. When he finished he explained what he did and that nothing further was needed. I did ask about a humidfier and now I think I will have them install one.
