Ryan is a hard worker and very conscientious. He is very knowledgeable. He completed our deck the way we wanted it and made sure we were happy. He also has a hard working assistant. Our new deck looks and feels wonderful! We look forward to many years of use with our beautiful deck, and virtually maintenance-free!

Company did a great job. I was out of town when all work was done & when I came back everything was in order, with no damage to landscaping or stain on house/walkway. I had boards replaced that blend in nicely Owners are easy to work with & will provide a comprehensive quote.

Royalty deck did a great job painting the whole interior of out home, as well as drywall repairs. We had many ceilings that were not sanded properly and they repaired those for us as well! We also decided to have a brand new deck built and stained by Royalty deck. It turned out awesome, and was finished in a short time! Royalty deck is very punctual and fast at what they do, for a great price. I would recommend their services for any kind of painting or decking!

Received a very reasonable quote for repairs to our deck. Work was completed on time, and area cleaned up after work was completed. Also reattached stairs to a cement porch.

Eric and his team responded very quickly to fix my deck staining mishap. They had the deck quoted, stripped and stained within a week.

Loved Eric and Ryan. Not the lowest price but they were the most comprehensive. They had no issues with clearing all our stuff off the deck and helped to put it back. They handed the carpentry needs themselves and the deck looks great. It was in rough shape. Old and splintery. They scraped and sanded and put thick coats of solid stain. It doesn't look new but looks way better than I expected it would. Nice guys who were responsive to both phone calls and texts. It took them a little longer than expected but I think that is the nature of their business - given weather issues and always responded quickly when I checked in for an update. Would definitely recommend and use them again

They didn't return my calls ("broken phone") or emails, so I didn't know when they were to show up until they were at my house. Fortunately, I was there. The work they did was fine.

I just purchased a home with a large deck off the kitchen. It had not been maintained for years. Ryan and Eric power washed, sanded and stained the deck beautifully. They worked carefully around adjacent shrubs and the end result was wonderful. They were very responsive, prompt and the price was excellent. I would definitely hire them again and will use them for future maintenance.

Both Erik and Ryan were very responsive and professional. 11 year old deck with several coats of stain was stripped and made to look like new. Price was excellent. High quality work. Would recommend.

Ryan was very responsive and got back with me the same day. He came out, reviewed my deck in person and offered great advice. The deck is ~ 30 years old and I had replaced some boards... some newer and yellow, some older and stained. Ryan examined the new boards to be sure that they were ready and thoroughly powerwashed the deck. He also waited through several storms before staining to ensure the deck was dry enough. He took a piece of existing deck board to match the existing stain and used Sherwin Williams Super Deck finish. He suggested two coats to be sure that the mix of colors covered up. It looks great, I wish I could attach pictures here. He also gives a one year guarantee on his work, written on the contract. He provided a fixed price bid that was reasonable.
