Romans was very helpful and professional when he came out to give me a price. After the liner was replaced though I noticed craters underneath the liner. When I called to ask what could be done they stated they would have to remove the liner to fix the craters. I did not want to drain the pool again so I did not have this done.

Very well. We use Roman's all the time (the Howell location). They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

First, it's important to know that there are two Roman's Pools in the Brighton/Howell area, one in Brighton and one in Howell. I called the Brighton Roman's Pools first and was very disappointed with the knowledge of the person on the phone and could hear him being coached in the background. When I asked for a service call they responded that they could PROBABLY get out to my house in a couple of days and were unwilling to commit to an appointment date and time. I decided to call the HOWELL store as I had physically visited the HOWELL Roman's Pools store in the past and was happy with the service I received. They were VERY HELPFUL. I spoke with Tim who walked me through how to trouble shoot my Pool Heater issue (it wouldn't fire) and I was able to fix the problem (just a small connection problem at the pressure switch). Tim easily saved me over $100. I will be buying all my pool parts and supplies from the HOWELL store from now on even though the Brighton store is considerably more convenient for me.

Had a problem with our pump on a Sunday--called hoping I could get someone out Monday morning. There was a crew there one hour after my call (on Sunday-to my surprise) and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Great service!

It went very well. I will always use them for pool service!

Roman Pool and Spa have cared for our pool and spa, repairs, opening and closing of the pool, since the company who installed the pool went out of business. They have been professional, personable, fair and reliable helping us as if they had installed the pool. They are always on time with their service calls and, even if they did not carry the type of equipment our former company installed, they have always been able to repair and maintain our unique system. I highly recommend them and if ever we move, Roman Pool and Spa will be the ones to install our next pool.

I had a Spa pump seal leak on my Hot Tub. I already had the replacement pump assembly had planned to do it myself. The problem was I could not remove the impeller from the motor due to rust on the shaft. I called Roman's Pool supply and ask if they could remove the Impeller. They said yes we could look at it. I arrived at the store with the punp and they removed the impeller in 10 min. I asked what was the charge and he noted zero but come back when you need other spa supplies. What a great place that wants you as a repeat customer. This will be my pool and spa store. I replaced the pump and the Spa is working fine - No leaks
