Pete Black Plumbing

I returned from vacation to find toilets not flushing. Contacted Pete Black Plumbing after referral from Lakeside Services. They sent someone within 2 hours. Before any work done, I was given an estimate for $668 for "up to 50' cabling main cleanout." This seemed high based on prices posted on various websites, but I felt I had no choice since it was already Friday mid-afternoon. I have no complaints about the work but, had I known ahead of time what they charge, I would have called a few other places first. Caveat emptor!

Had an urgent matter. I called at 11:45, the plumber arrived by 2, job done by 3. Very pleased with the fast response and quality.

I feel that the workmanship was not quality. The product does not work correctly. The service said it was our refrigerator fault. If that is the truth then why did he say We needed to order a new product? That does not make any sense. Their prices are way out of Site for the product service.

Was unaware of Pete Black Plumbing until I needed a plumber. They contacted me promptly, were flexible on my schedule, and were very professional. They did not try to oversell me on anything I didn't already need. Extremely pleased with the pricing but mostly the quality of work and quick turn around time. Will definitely use again

The first appointment was canceled by this company. Once they got there, they proceeded to snake the drain but then the equipment broke so they had to bring out another snake. They think they unclogged the drain but there are still some vacuum noises at the far end of the home so I am not convinced it has been unclogged or fixed. The amount charged was also very expensive for the work performed. We had them out for a commercial application for our business and it was about 1/2 the cost of this appointment.

Have had Chad Jones come out for multiple projects. We have 3 different locations with multiple residents. As you can imagine that results in many plumbing issues. Chad has always been prompt, thorough, and professional. We would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him.

We were very satisfied with Robâ s work. Response was fast, work was done quickly and neatly. Total cost was less than the quote from a big box store. We called Pete Black the next week for an unrelated issue and the response time and quality of work was just as good.
