Awesome job, all contractors should be this good. First of all, when a minor problem became an emergency, they were able to get a crew out to us in a few hours. The office kept us informed on their arrival time. The crew that came out were professional and efficient. They explained everything they were doing, and solved the problem quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and I feel that the charge was fare. I couldn't be happier. would highly recommend, and would use again.

Very professional and they did great work installing a fairly elaborate water treatment system in my 170 year-old home (read Michigan basement with less than 6 feet of head room). I would use Pete Black Plumbing again in a heart-beat!!

Early, professional and thorough

Price was fair. Arrived as scheduled and completed in a short time. They could have cleaned up better but nothing I couldn't mop up in 10 minutes. It was in the utility area in the basement afterall. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and were friendly. They replaced 3 faucets, put a line in to connect my dryer so it has steam, and cleared a drain in the upstairs bathroom. I thought they were a little high priced even after the 10% senior discount. They did damage one of my good bath towels. I would still hire them again.

The service providers arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They were clear about what they discovered and gave me a range of options to address my situation. I would easily hire them again.

My kitchen faucet was leaking. They told me that there was nothing they could do about that. They didn't even check the faucet out. They replaced a flexible pipe (cost of $5.00 at Lowe's) and charged me $256.00. And my faucet is still leaking.
