We bought a Trane furnace almost a week ago which is on the more expensive end. The value remains to be seen, but so far so good. I rated a 4.5 for customer service because their explanation of the 10 year warranty was not explained at all initially. Itâ s actually a 1 year at a time warranty that goes up to 10 years but weâ d have to pay for service every year in order to get the 1 year extension. We were under the impression that the price included the 10 year warranty. *This should have been explained during the initial estimate. In any case, this was a great group of guys that put in a lot of time & effort & care about their work. They did a great job.
