Braydon was an absolute gem. He came to install a sink and faucet. Ended up working much later due to a city valve replacement. He was so kind, informative, and had the best disposition during the plumbing excitement. We’ll be calling in the future for improvement needs.

Worst company out there Scammers 3 Companies quoted for same job Mrs m $1700 Company 2 $800 Company 3. $700 Mrs m not only tried to charge for knobs and valves (all extra even though part of the job) but then tried to sell me on a warranty and wouldn’t take no for an answer I finally had to show the guy the door when he wouldn’t take no for answer They fooled me by saying they are family owned, ethical and a morally sound company. They are anything BUT that. Don’t waste your time with them They are all about money and not what is best for the customer

I needed a plumber for moving water lines Over on my bathroom for a new vanity. They sold themselves on being moral, ethical and an upstanding company. They were anything but that upon arrival. Nickel and dimed me on everything (like flying spirit airlines) then the guy tried to sell me a membership. What a turn off. Don’t waste your time or money with this company

I HAD A LEAKY KITHEN DRAIN I STUMBLED UPON Mrs. Michael Plumbers ON THE INTERNET THE TECHNIAN ARRIVED AND PROCEEDED TO WORK AFTER ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR HE TOLD ME HE NEEDED TO INSTALL A DRAIN VALVE AFTER WORKING FOR ANOTHER 14 MINUTES HE STATED THAT THE WATER IS STILL LEAKING UNDER THE CRAWL SPACE AND WOULD HAVE TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP AND PROCEEDED TO HAND ME A 690.00 DOLLAR BILL FOR 45 MINUTES OF WORK AND SOME PVC PIPE. i WAS SHOCKED BUT PAID THE BILL. JUST BEFORE HE WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE MY FRIENDS PLUMBERS ASSISTANT SHOWED UP AND FIXED THE LEAK TOTALLY EVEN UNDER THE CRAWL SPACE AND ONLY CHARGED ME 65.00 PARTS AND LABOR. MY ADVICE ? IF YOU WANT TO GET TOTALLY RIPPED OFF AND PAY OUTLANDISH FEES FOR A PLUMBING JOB THAT WAS NOT EVEN FINISHED CALL MRS. MICHAELS

Tried to sell me over $2,300 of unnecessary work with 20% down. That did not include an additional $3,000 of additional work once they got started, just in case they needed to pull permits from a power storm home power loss.
