Description of Work: He's a very nice person but shouldn't be working for himself. Mike didn't work not 1 full eight hour day on my addition. A project that should have taken at most 30 days went into over 90 days and I had to fire him. The problems started with the concrete foundations and escalated from there. Foundation was 3/4 to 5/8 to low and be built a 2 story 8 ft x 40ft addition into my home before be finally listened to my complaining that my floor was not level and be should have aimed floor joist before building walls and moving up to second level. He finally did shim them but not till I got angry enough to tell him I'll fire him. Found multiple sheeting not nailed to studs, rafters have 1 inch gaps at the top beam, had him rework a couple walls that weren't plum, Windows that weren't square, roof and floor sheeting that wasn't on rafter or joist. I had no choice but to fire him. My home addition turned into a nightmare. I can't put ceramic tile in the main floor because I just can't trust his foundation shim job not too settle and end up cracking my tile. Truthfully I should have fired him as soon as I new the foundation was messed up. I was also charged an extra $3000.00 for the concrete work. If you don't care about your home hire him. But if you want to be at peace with trusting your builder/contractor don't hire him. EVEN IF THE OTHER GUY COSTS MORE.

 + 1 moreGreat so far and still in the process. Mike is always on top of things and on schedule. He is very helpful and recommends changes that will help in the future. Mike was great to work right from the begining with the estimate he was the best at quoting the job with details in the contract. He was always flexible with changes. He always kept us posted on progess of the project. He was easy to contact and always called us back quickly! We are so happy with him that we plan on using him again for future projects. I highly recommend if you looking for a builder in the Howell area to call Mike you will not regret it. We interview and got estimates from 4 builders and Mike's manor and professionalism made him the best pick for the job. We love our garage it looks great with perfection in every detail!

 + -1 moreI was tired of the bathroom we had it was just layed out poorly and built poorly origonally.They took care of the total design (Cad model on Computer)They allowed me to make changes throughout the project and charged a fair price for the changes.The whole project took 4 weeks and is better than i had imagined.They kept in constant contact with me answered all questions throughout the project, and were on time everyday i was in shock when the were on time regularly. I actually signed up to angies list a couple days ago to look for a landscaper and tried too look up the contracting company i had used on my bathroom project and seen they were not listed, so i contacted them to see if they would mind if i added them to help other users get in contact with such a professional company.
Description of Work: They remodeled my bathroom in my house ,they put in a tile shower,Tile floor ,Jacuzzi tub with tile surround.They installed a new vanity with two sinks and a granite top.They also painted the bathroom and installed all the fixtures, it was great having one contractor that i could trust handle the whole project.
