I sought out a computer service company when my laptop began running very poorly. Keyboard input would be interrupted, response to mouse commands was delayed and windows would hang up when opening and closing. Thinking this was a virus or software problem I contacted JK PC Services through their website. After talking with John on the phone, I gave him my computer off for testing/repair. John was back in touch the next day advising me that he had backed up all my data and that the problem was hardware related. As it was still under an extended warranty he suggested I contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a technician to replace my keyboard, motherboard and hard drive. Once the parts were replaced I realized the technician had done nothing to replace my data or reload/reinstall my softwarere. I returned the laptop to John to reload my data. He also helped established the links between my newly installed software and its previously entered data (like my calendar appoints for Microsoft Outlook). John was patient, responsive and professional in his explanations and service. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, taking care of the details I didn't know to be concerned about.
