Description of Work: I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me. Shawn was honest, on time, and knew exactly how to fix my generator, and did it in -15 degree temperatures! He was not the first to look at my problem, other Generac professionals tired, but he was the only one who knew the product well enough to complete the task. I highly recommend this company and will call them for any future needs.
