Amazing work from start to finish! I could not be more pleased with the services we received from Ferguson roofing. From the beginning the made sure I had plenty of samples to work with to make sure the vision I had for my home come to life. The team was professional, responsible and reliable. Price was fair. Quality of work looks very good. Much nicer than old skylights, and installation job was clean and tight.

It went very well, we had to reschedule one time due to weather but showed up on time on The make up day and completed the work quickly.

i use many contractors for many things at my home. Vance and his wife Irene are top notch. We met with them we discussed what was needed. The price was absolutely the best. ( we got 4) quotes. The paperwork with the quote was complete with a copy of the companies license and workers comp insurance. Every part of this job went exactly the way I was told it would. Their employees were some of the best out there. They are true craftsman and I could not find one shingle or nail on my property. They did a total tear off and replacement of shingles. I have never experienced the level of honesty and service from any contractor as I I did with Ferguson Roofing. I cannot say enough good about them or the way they conduct their business.

Quality was great! Roofers efficient, polite, skilled, and cleaned up after the project. The project was delayed several times and dumpster not removed promptly. However, we are pleased with the quality of work and price. Would recommend.

I did use them and it did not turn out good at all. Some of the work was good but not all of it was. It started out great but they subcontracted my job without telling me. They misrepresented. He sold me a bunch of plywood and said they had mold in my house. He added a bunch of plywood on and charged me for it. Then I had someone go up into my attic and look. He said all the mold was gone and there was tons of mold up there. The plywood had not been replaced and then he had one of his mold experts come out. He just wanted me to give him more money. Then I told him I was going to get a neutral party, someone that none of us knew and get their opinion. Then the guy stopped talking to me. I tried to work something out with him. He threatens and says he is going to sue you and take you to court. I don't know, he's got some issues. I can't recommend him. Nobody would want to deal with the harassment they give you. Their employees did good work but they lie. I had to spend another $5,500 to have the mold taken care of and take care of stuff that he was supposed to do and didn't. He said he would take care of proper ventilation of the roof -- I mean I paid him for it -- but he never did that. From an aesthetic point they do quality work but behind the scenes they don't do quality work. Their responsiveness was very bad. He was a month late. They are very dishonest. They represent the name of one company but when they get there the people have a different name on the trailers that they have. They charged me for an excess amount of plywood and they loaded it in their trailer and took it with them. Also there were several bundles of extra shingles which they charged me for. Then he lied and said he had another job in the area and just had them dropped here. The only good part about it was when they first started estimating it they were super nice.

The work was done in late October 2015 as promised and scheduled, but... They have yet to provide us with the warranty, or bill of sale despite numerous requests from us. Nor have they returned any of our phone calls. Which leads us to believe that in fact there is no warranty, otherwise we would have received a response by now, (May 2016). We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to complain.

The work was done as promised, on time, in a very professional manner. Vance and Irene run the company and are great people to do business with. They insure you know exactly what needs to be done and why. They are open, honest and trustworthy. Their crew is skilled, reliable and efficient predominately because Vance always follows up to insure things were done right. This is the second time I've used Ferguson Roofing. They did our house a couple of years ago. After our first experience with them, there's no where else we'd consider going for roof repairs. I contracted the repairs for this house as I am the legal guardian for the owner. It was reassuring to know a trustworthy, reliable company I could count on.

Vance and Irene run a very professional business. The quote was competitive. Scheduling was pain-free and the job was completed on time. Very responsive to additional phone inquiries. The work was performed as promised with a large crew in one day. Vance personally observed progress and completion of the job. Very satisfied with quality of the job and the clean-up.

We got them from Angie’s List. It was a good price. They only thing I had to complain against them and it’s in some of the other reviews too was that it took a very, very long time to get us a bill. We had to constantly bug him about getting an invoice and getting a receipt. We had to constantly bug him to get an invoice for the sidings too. He did a good job on the roof and everything. He was fast and easy but he was very bad at getting back to people basically.

I was very impressed with his knowledge of the garage roof problem and what it would take to fix it (and that it would be expensive). He had to go back to the office to calculate the costs. Didn't hear back from him in 4 weeks. Called and left 3 messages over 2 weeks to call me but no one from Ferguson never returned my calls. We wanted to use them, as they were recommended to us and are local. Guess they weren't interested in about $20,000 worth of business.

We utilized Angie's List to find a reputable roofing contractor in our area. After identifying Ferguson Roofing as a viable option, our decision was backed by multiple neighbors who had also used them for a roof replacement. Vance was extremely busy with jobs towards the end of the season. Our start date kept getting pushed back however in the long run it really didn't make a difference when they started as long as they could complete the work prior to the snow falling. Not only did Vance's crew do a very high quality job, but it's the little things they did (additional trim to drain the water away, cleaned the leaves out of my gutters and offered to reconnect the bathroom ventilation fan pipe in the attic because it had become disconnected) that really put them on top. I would highly recommend Ferguson Roofing to anyone looking for a quality job from a small business.

First regarding the original bid. I contacted only Angie List top rated companies. Ferguson for exactly the same scope of work, and the exact same shingle was the low cost bidder. As a result of their promptness, knowledge, and the projection of honesty I had considered them the lead bidder without regard to cost. I would have selected Ferguson even if their bid was marginally higher. It was not, they were the most competitive. Regarding the work itself. Ferguson has a great crew. Very consciences, and very polite. I watched the job from start to finish. It was clear they took great care in what they did. They were protective of the house , deck and landscaping. The job was finished when they said it would be. We couldn't be happier. This is a really good company.

Tore off 3 layers of old shingles and wood as needed. Replaced with new. Really liked that the company brought samples of roofing to our home so that we could pick the right color and type we wanted. Always answered phone calls and provided office and cell numbers.

I thought the price was reasonable. It was right in the ballpark of other quotes that we have gotten. He was very nice. I think he was the owner of the company. He was very professional. He was timely, when he said he was going to be there he was there. He was also timely on getting his estimate back to us as well.

We had had our whole roof done and that left leaks around chimneys. This guy tried several times to fix things and then his brother tried. No luck. Since we had read rapturous praise of Ferguson we thought he would be good. He came in one afternoon, stayed a few hours, and said everything was fixed. We paid him then the full amount he asked. which was more than $400.00. Next rain, same old leaks. Ferguson returned, stayed less than an hour and left. Next rain, same old leaks. We called and he said he would be back the next afternoon.If he showed, we did not see or hear him. We called. He said he would be beck the next afternoon. He did not come back.

They're an awesome company. They did a good job. There are no complications. Their crew showed up on time everyday. They worked long hours and cleaned after everyday. The guy, Vance Ferguson, who owns the company was here everyday to supervise.

He was not able to do what I wanted and I thought he overcharged. I called him to see about installing a surveillance system and he said that he won't be able to do that. Then I had him check some electrical outlets. He replaced the outlets and the charge came out over $100.

The crew was great as well as the owners. Everyone involved was professional. Their clean up was good, there was no damage to landscaping and they followed up with a few details that they had to come back later for. It was all done in a timely fashion.
