+ -1 moreFirst I would like to start with how great the communication was, they are well organized and computerized as they handled my call quick. The Tech called when he was on his way, he showed up in the 3 hour time frame. The tech (Jeff) wore shoe covers even though I told him no big deal (but in reality I was grateful he did.) My problem ended up being my fault with soap use and Jeff did the best job in explaining it for me to understand.
