The experience was okay. We had some problems just because our house is really old. They were very nice. They always pushed us and always tried to help us regardless what the problems were as there were lot of problems. They came out as soon as they could. They were reliable and very easy to work with. We would probably find someone else next time as we would rather try to find someone who is more familiar with working with an older home.

Excellent work ethic and performance. Cleaned all areas and thanked us for the business.

I cannot express how happy I am with both my installation and with Eric.

Eric did an exceptional job. He actually made 2 trips here to do the installation and it was him who pointed out the wood we ordered was not quite right. We assumed the wood we ordered (not from Eric) was Micro beveled on all 4 sides. We did not recognize it was not. The wood we got was only beveled on the long edges and not the ends. Eric could have just installed the wood and we probably would not have realized it til after the fact. Instead, Eric gave us some guidance on how to get this corrected and it was because of him we were able to get the correct wood. This process showed me he was not only a very skilled professional but also has integrity which I think is sometimes not the norm. The installation itself is perfect. He had to deal with walls that were are not perfectly square and humps in the floor and he made it all work. He also had to put up with 2 dogs. I would recommend Eric to anyone who wants hardwood floors installed. His prices are very reasonable and his work ethic and is excellent. He really seems to enjoy his job. Plus--he is a really nice guy.

Their estimate was very reasonable, but we didn’t do the solar because the tiles had been put in wrong. It had been glued down. We asked if they would retile. They said they wouldn’t because there was too much danger of them cracking the tile that was already down because the way it had been done. Because of that they didn’t do any work for us, but they were very nice. Had we been able to have it done, we would have gone with them. We were very satisfied with what they told because they gave us a lot of information that we didn’t have. They explained to us what was wrong with the laying of the flooring, how we were going to have to do it to get rid of it and so forth. However, they didn’t want to do the work themselves. I would recommend them to other people. They were very honest. We just had no idea. They could have very easily come and charge us $1500-$2000 if they probably wanted it done without warning us of the whole thing or just broken up or something. They could have taken the job, and they didn’t. They told us it wouldn’t be responsible for them to do that. When we did get someone, we found they were right. They couldn’t have done it. We saw what they were talking about, so I was impressed with the fact that they didn’t take the work. They were very professional. It sounded like they knew what they were talking about. I would use them again in the future if I had to have something done.

Eric is a true professional and a master at his trade. Eric arrived promptly each day and worked diligently the entire day. Eric is very meticulous and thorough. Eric is very knowledgeable about hardwood and laminate flooring products and installation. Eric recommended laminate flooring for our home because we have several dogs. Eric's work exceeded my expectations. His work transformed the indoor atomsphere of our home. We are very pleased with his work. I recommend him highly for anyone interested in having laminate or hardwood flooring installed in their home.

From the price (Eric lowered his price to match another quote) to the attention to detail to the work ethic, we were very pleased working with him.

Mr. Riley finished the job in no time at all. He was very professional, courteous and took his shoes off when he entered my home! I was not doing well income-wise, but he helped me out by giving me a really good deal. I still can't get over how fast he was and I was extremely impressed by the price and his ability to help me out. I would recommend him to all my friends and when I get the money for new hardwood, I will be calling him again to perform work on my house.

The job(s) were performed on time and done right the first time without any mistakes. We had a few questions and those were answered with many answers. Very knowledgeable about his job!
