Aire Care came to my emergency in record breaking time to salvage my home and belongings in a four season room that filled with ground water and mud. They went above and beyond the call of duty (moving an upright piano and family airloom 6:30 a.m.) as this four season room flooded more than once. When this happened then the ground water traversed through the crawl space of my home at a foot deep for the first time in 15 plus years due to the improper ditching along the DNR trails that held water. As a result, it forced the ground water to travel through my home to get to the lake. What was learned was existing .culverts and ditching were not maintained but blocked. Aire Care immediately provided the best service and recovery. Weather played a major problem for us both. It was the dead of winter. Their follow-up was continuous until Spring. I appreciate their committment to me as a valued customer and genuinness to resolve whatever issues they are faced with. You can count on their professional ethics.

Businesses in high demand can react to high demand in two ways, good or bad. Aire Care, a local company in this area, has always been friendly and reliable. Unfortunately, it would take too much time to explain how awful they were when we called to ask for help with our boiler. From subtle insults about where we move from to arrogant responses to our simple questions. We get it, you're in high demand, but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude. Yeah, you don't need my business because you're "busy." But do you want to be known for being pretentious and impolite to local people who have supported your business for years?

I called 4/19/16 Tuesday for an estimate on getting my two electric water heaters removed and a new whole house water heater that connects to my furnace boiler installed. Also to get the water control valves in my Sauna replaced the same day as the estimate. They set up a sometime the following Monday appointment, since that was my wife Julie's day off and could be home. 1 pm rolls around and no one has shown up yet, Julie calls to find out if they were still able to come. They told her they should still be able to be there and would call soon to let her know what time, no phone call came. I got done with work around 4:30 and decided to stop by the office on my way home. I was told that they didn't have time to get there due to an abundance of "no heat" calls. I then asked them to call as soon as they would be able to set up a different time to come by and let them know what times someone could be home for the next week. I can understand that a "no heat" call has priority, however to avoid an entire day waiting for someone to show should be avoided, the courtesy of a phone call should be made. As of today 5/11/16 I have still not heard from them. I contacted a different contractor and was given an estimate and the water control fixed within 4 days, while they were in the middle of a large townhouse neighborhood remodel project.

I have used Jeff in the past. Super guy. honest. helpful. gives it to ya straight. have not had an issue since. Repair is working great

We have used them several times and they are very good. They are prompt, know their stuff. It went fine, no problems. They are good.

Spill coffee in house on arrival. Left screws and cover off the furnace. Cover was left in a puddle of water. This was about the four time they had worked on system. Burners not in line with heat exchanger. 4 of the 6 screws left off of the blower motor. Wrong gas jets in furnace. Water leaking from furnace. Furnace not level so water could drain out. Told me not to call them if I had any more trouble.
