We fronted the 50% deposit on the estimated work, then Mike demanded full payment before we could verify the work was complete. We overheard him commenting about â downstateâ people, and billing â Slickâ (referring to my husband) for the balance on our charge card before we could get back home to inspect his work. We believe we were overcharged for questionable work and will caution others about dealing with him. Possible exaggerated description of work needed and work completed.

Itâ s hard to know what the value for the money is, since weâ ve not had this type of work done before, but they have the expertise. We couldnâ t have done it ourselves.

Hired to eliminate bats in my attic. Very responsive to the questions I had, even at 10pm at night. Showed up on time and were very polite to deal with. Veteran owned. Will use again should the need arise in the future.

Excellent professional, humane treatment of a raccoon family that had taken up residency under my shed. Mike made sure the animals were well cared for when trapped and then released safely into the wild. He even returned late at night when we noticed that one of the kits had been overlooked. Mike saved the little one and took it to a local animal rescue/rehabilitation organization. He has a genuine concern for the well being of the animals he's called upon to assist.

The owner lied about everything he was going to do. Did not complete the job of stopping the bats coming into my roof. Told me a bat house would cost $40 and charged me $60. I never want to see this person again.
