Description of Work: I called, they were out the very next day! Did an excellent job and even went over an area rug twice, since our dogs had been lying on it and there was a body oil stain. Very fair prices, service is excellent and I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 morewe had a bad experience last year with a carpet cleaning guy and didn't want a repeat of that, so decided to refer to Angie's list. Premier was on the top of the list and was very accommodating to our schedule. I'm very happy with our clean carpets, and will definitely call this company again.
Description of Work: cleaned carpets in whole house, including an area rug. he was very cooperative and went out of his way to get rid of certain spots.

Description of Work: The owner was courteous and quickly responded to my request. Technicians arrived promptly on time. Gave me more than I asked for. I had originally requested only the wall towall carpet to be cleaned. When they arrived I asked that if they did area rugs. They happily cleaned my wall to wall, two area rugs and two runners. Even with the additional charge I felt I received value for my money. The service was excellent and the staff courteous. I will definately call them again for my carpet cleaning needs. I have also recommended them to others who were also satisifed with the service they received.

+ -1 moreChad returned my call promptly although we did play phone tag for a couple of days. Chad set an appointment time and arrived promply, began the job quickly and stuck with it to the end. I added two runners to my request for cleaning and I was not charged anymore than what was quoted. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I would gladly recomend Premier Carpet Cleaning to my friends.
