I appreciated how quickly Larry came to give the estimate and start date. Because of that, I did not contact any other contractor. His crew worked well together and were pleasant to have around. I was impressed with how they cleaned up every night and left things neat. They finished within budget and made an old house look nice.

Larry is a con. He sold us on a wonderful idea that he and his crew would paint our interior and it would be a professional and organized experience! It was pure chaos and the worst workmanship I have ever seen! There is paint all over our molding, light cans, baseboards, hand-scraped wood floors, broken and damaged furniture. They ran over our solar lights, painted around fixtures, light cans, and really treated our home so poorly. The job was a complete nightmare! They left dirty fingerprints all over our home and left us with more work and clean up than we could have imagined! We trusted Larry and he really sold us on the idea that he and his team could handle the job and it has been a devastatingly disappointing experience! Very unprofessional and dishonest! Would never recommend CLS to anyone and please beware because Larry seems like a very likable professional person but as we have experienced he is not!!!! We feel lied to and robbed!!! Do not hire!!!

Paint cracked and peeling over one heating vent. After cutting in the ceiling, it should have been repainted. You can see a lighter strip of paint at top of wall. Cut in on the trim, sloppy has to be fixed. Painted over door hinges all 3 bedrooms. Roll marks and dripping in one room. Missed spots, old paint shows through. Did not put switch plates on. Left paint cans opened directly on kitchen floor and splattered on wall when we cleaned it up. Washed out brushes in bathroom and kitchen sinks, left the mess and residue. Pissed all over toilet and floor. Very messy! We have a nice selection of adult beverages on our bar. Couple bottles of liquor were missing. Along with a few sodas. Larry did replace one of the liquor bottles. Although I was told any problems would be address, I have decided to fix myself. Wish I could show pictures.

I am managing a home as an estate sale, and Larry did a quick turnaround when I received a contract for sale . Because I am not local, Larry kept me posted with pictures as to the work progress, and worked with the buyers on the painting job. Seemed reasonably priced and he and his team were very thorough.

Larry & Justin were friendly and efficient in panting our kitchen cabinets and cupboards.

Larry and Justin did a great job for us. They were very easy to work with and our walls look terrific! Revised review- after closer inspection a wall in the kitchen only had one coat and was showing through. It took a while for them to come back but Larry did come out and recoated the kitchen. I would use them again for future paint projects.
