Description of Work: Overcharged. After paying them for the repair, they then told me my furnace wouldn't last another year. Had I known that I would have bought a new furnace before fixing the old one. Too bad, because I did buy a new furnace, but surely not from them!

Description of Work: fixed a drain in basement that was backing up. They diverted a drain hose from water softner to a different drain and fixed problem. Price was very reasonable

+ -1 moreDoing a bathroom remodel. Made an appointment with Moore Mechanical to install and vent a new fan. The appointment was for Friday afternoon (noon to 4pm). Waited. Got a call at 3:45 from Heather that the guy was running late. I said that was OK we'd still be here. I was told we would have to pay overtime since their standard day ended at 4:30. I said no way. Not my fault he was late. I asked to talk with the boss. Aaron told me I had two choices: pay overtime or reschedule for another day. I opted for the third choice: Good bye to Moore Mechanical forever!!!

Description of Work: We have 2 commercial properties one of which we have done major repairs on. Moore Mechanical has installed new plumping, a boiler and many other repairs over the past 2 years. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Great company to work with.

Description of Work: I used the services of Moore Mechanical in August. I had a gas leak in my furnace and they repaired that.
